Also, the vehicle was seen on camera, in the area, 24 minutes before the attack. Was he cruising and waiting for her specifically? or just any female? - anyhow, it was premeditated.

If the suspect kidnapped an attorney decades ago, imagine how many crimes he has committed in the interim. Maybe 100s? How many violent crimes has he committed in the last 20 years. 100s? Hopefully, the Memphis DA is not a woke one who might release the suspect without bail immediately. That would be a travesty but you never know. LA, Chicago and NYC have shown an inclination to release violent criminals right away. Hope that doesn't' happen here. Maybe the DA is a republican (not likely).
