It’s not everywhere but it’s not absent on this forum either. Not everything is all or nothing, simpleton.

No more of these fat white boy slobs like Andy Reid, Rex Ryan, Belichick and Madden getting their privileged positions handed to them at the expense of POCs. The systemic racism will hopefully end here.
Whoa!!!
First off, you just made a racist comment. It's funny how no one (idiots-Morons) realizes that when you refer to white people as "White Boy" or "White Supremacist" or "White Nationalist" or "White Privileged", you're actually making a racist comment. Second, know your facts you freakin' idiot before spewing your NPOC rhetoric. Specifically, John Madden, who was hired by Al Davis WHO was the first NFL owner to hire a "Person of Color" as HC (Art Shell) and AGAIN with Tom Flores. Not to mention the hiring of the first front-office executive woman, Amy Trask as GM and President.
So follow your above comment of "The systemic racism will hopefully end here", and STFU...RACIST!

Yes only the best among us keep lists of what the skin color of every one in every job is...
Maybe you could put arm bands on the people of the skin colors you don't approve of?

The most racist people in American society today are all "woke" people...
Stop the shameless cultural appropriation and quit participating in the sport if it bothers you so much.

Not remotely surprised that you conflated knowing who head coaches are to keeping lists of what color everyone in every job is.

Not when you are hired, asked or expected to lose games, and then get fired for being bad. This is one of the angles being examined. How many black coaches are brought in to babysit a loser, then fired and replaced by a white coach who makes good with the acquired young talent. BTW, the Giants appear to have broken the Rooney rule. That alone gives he cause to allege racism.

I bet you don't know a single person who could name all the coaches. Knowing the skin colors means you're absolutely keeping a list... lol
The overwhelming majority of Americans don't even follow the NFL let alone the NBA which is much less popular.

Knowing that “there are like 4 black coaches in the NBA” is a dumb thing to say does not require keeping a list of colors of everyone in every job. Keep trying and failing at that conflation. Maybe word it a little differently and have another run at it.

The Rooney Rule says you have to consider and interview the token candidates. It doesn't say you have to hire them.
At this point why would any sane owner hire a black coach when they can just cry racism if you ever try to fire them?
It's time to follow the woke Ivy league's example and just resegregate the leagues. The woke mob will NEVER be satisfied.

Like I originally said - one shouldn’t expect someone with your views to follow the NBA.

I'm a Cavs fan. We've had black coaches forever.
I follow the NBA I'm just not ignorant so I realize the overwhelming majority of people do not care about the NBA. The most watched Finals game in the history of the NBA only had 36 million viewers. That probably includes 18 million people who tuned in for the commercials.

All or nothing is all simpletons understand.
Query why the pipeline of qualified black coaches is not far larger than it is. 70 percent of the players are black? And that figure has been the case for some time? There needs to be tough questions as to why the pipeline is not bigger. Football is a sport where for the most part to coach you have to have played at a reasonably high level (there are exceptions). Note Mike Tomlin played for William and Mary - hardly a football power. Yet he is a very competent (and some could argue more than that) coach. I don't discount the prospect of racism but at the same time there are some difficult questions to ask. Why aren't black coaches moving beyond assistant coaching gigs to head coaching? Being a head coach is difficult, and takes far more than X's and O's skills - although those are important, too. I find the situation perplexing. The pro game is unlike the college game in that the leader must command respect and cannot get away with the command and control behaviors of college coaches. Witness the Urban Meyer situation. Just perplexing, because there has to be any number of former black players and coaches who can relate to players (and just like any population, some cannot) and lead.
I mentioned this on another thread, but the character assassination of the Broncos in the lawsuit without any evidence will set him up for a counter suit. I hope Elway et al sue him for defamation of character.
I hypothesized as much when I showed Paton's itinerary from the current hiring cycle. When they interviewed Mayo in person in Providence at 9AM, they had arrived at 2AM the night before. It is likely the same thing occurred when they interviewed Flores.

The poor guy claimed there were 4 black coaches currently in the NBA and I corrected him and noted there were 12.
He cannot admit he was wrong

This is the same nonsense they do with gender.
Engineers are 90% male because engineering is SEXIST! No... engineers are 90% male because women tend not to be interested in engineering.
The answer doesn't always have to be some sinister conspiracy.
