Bill, congratulations on reaching your 5k goal and tackling the half marathon. Your knowledge of the sport and your own body is showing but I'm going to remind you to be conservative. I remember when you started this journey and posts you were a bit over ambitious. I know you had a lighter week before the half but recover from the effort.

would be lying if I said this felt easy. I got used to cruising and feasting over the last couple of weeks. Time to get back at it though
