It's weird to me that with the Cross Country season being first, so many coaches are finding their 'track' coaches first and putting the XC side of things on the back burner.
I understand it might not be the focus, but you have a season that is starting in about a month. It needs to be filled.

"Angry Benny!" should try to understand that he is at an American University where normally there is importance placed on command of the English language--and that includes spelling. Honing the skills of coaching are similar to honing other skills. Someone who is sloppy, lazy about honing their communication skills (eg proper spelling of the English language) is likely sloppy, lazy about honing other skills. Could this have something to do with the failure to get a promotion?

This dude has been one of the most consistently successful coaches (in any discipline) for the last decade or so. I hope that they are paying him really well because he deserves it.
With Clayton to Michigan, Mo Saatara will need a job. He's one on the best throws coaches out there, does Auburn go after him and complete the switcheroo?
Well he could go just down the road to Michigan State or if there is an opening on the west coast he may go back there since he's a CSU-LA alum. But I'm not saying he's going to CSU-LA even though they have a HC spot open.
