Ever heard of AdBlock? Seth is getting no money from me.
Sure he is. You just bumped a 70 page thread.
Are you under the impression that Seth makes money from the longevity of this thread? I mean maybe it pushes some extra hate-watch views his way, but it's probably more likely he loses former supporters (probably newer runners that found his channel) who stumble here and realize what a fool he is than he gets a ton of extra views.
But whatever, thanks for doing your part to keep this thread alive.
The dump part of that is the June mileage. Pikes Peak is in mid September and 3.5 to 4 months out he is doing peak mileage. Like dude, halve that and keep the vert then aim for a couple of big vert/mileage weeks before you taper.
Notice how Seth built up a lot of mileage early on in his PP Cycle unnecessarily right around baby Kate’s due date?

I got my AlphaFly 2’s today, they are nice. Solid improvement from the first model. They feel lighter right out of the box. Definitely wouldn’t want to see another saw-gate happen to these beauties.

holy moly we have a man on the inside! I wanted to look but it's a private group, and no frickin way am I associating my fb with my LRC activities. Maybe I should join the group using the fb account I created for a dog

Please don't drag any dogs into this.
on the flip side, the dog has since died [not my dog], and wouldn't it be nice to have a golden retriever trolling DGR?

Then where are the cross training videos? Seth is slacking.

Ouch. What a nasty injury. Could easily be 6+ months before he's fully healed. I know runners who have basically quit because of this problem lingering on for years.
Hopefully he'll heal up assuming he's actually able to control himself and get the PROPER rest. Knowing him, he'll probably test it out in a few weeks on an "easy" 22-mile run with lots of vert and start back at step 0.
The guy literally could've avoided all his problems by simply reading LRC. Just in the past year, LRC predicted his NYC bonk (his tummy ache excuse was ridiculous). LRC has called him out numerous times for his stupid high mileage, ludicrous diet, and insufficient rest. LRC predicted his mediocre performance in Rotterdam due to his stupid training "strategy". Predicted his Zegama bailout, his exact injury, etc.
Hopefully he wakes the f*ck up and learns to actually listen to people that know more than him. Oh, and FFS GET.A.COACH!

That plane ride must have been really rough.
afaik, to develop a stress fracture in your pelvic floor area during a routine flight, you'd need the assistance of another person, and they'd need to be a top

My prediction: Seth starts running after the bare minimum amount of time off recommended, does too much too fast (after being shocked at his fitness losses), and re-injures himself. He's stuck in that yo-yo cycle. He probably thinks he can take 2 months off, take 1 month building back to 100+mpw and be OK for a fall race at this point in peak form.
