Yea those make me cringe. Looks like precious seconds down the drain for every one of those 180's.

Someone told me BUmby was #158. If that's true, he's on 2:12:53 pace at 25k and 2:13:07 pace at 30k. So he's slowing down and likely to run over 2:14.
