To be fair, A Duck has gone after malmo aggressively, posting his real name and calling him out on countless (deleted threads). A Duck has stepped beyond an annoying blowhard/troll. If he calls malmo out in such a public fashion citing some background and personal knowledge I think it's only fair his identity is revealed so at least malmo has some clue who is calling him out and can fairly answer.

I assumed "GL" was for "Good Luck" and irrelevant.

I don't have certainty of who A Duck is or is not but whoever this person is they have a great deal of emotion toward Nike, Salazar, and NOP.

It would definitely make sense if A Duck was a Nike employee and perhaps an executive who is very concerned with the success/failure of one of Nike's project. Probably has a great deal of pressure on him or her. and Knight has probably instructed them that they better not get caught again......Lance Armstrong.

A Duck has moments where he goes on tirades, posting lengthy replies and multiple threads.

Who else would then threaten to bring in "Nike legal" every other post. It may not be an exec, but it could very well be a Nike employee or crazed pyscho path who feels as though he/she is a Nike employee.

You folks are great. These are not obscure clinics. Serious athletes in the Bay Area know of these places. They are, in fact, the best as was claimed. My wife went to both. I guess that makes me the Duck, right?

So, he has some nontrivial knowledge of the Bay Area. That really narrows it down to around 7 million people.

To be perfectly honest, my candidate would somewhat fit this, except for he does have tenuous connection with the Oregon program, which he has cultivated very meticulously into something it is not.

And to the concerned adults here, I hear you. So no, I won't be outing this scum unless I absolutely know its him because he slipped up. And I wouldn't out him for the posts he's made as A Duck, I'd out him because he's a bad person in real life and trolling is just his side job. Who cares who he is at this point? He's obviously not to be taken seriously ever again. Let's recap:

1)A Duck calls out Malmo in a strange and unspecific way with serious allegations in a public forum. (Although on this forum these days I realize that there really is no such thing as "serious")

2)Malmo makes a rare appearance to defend himself and, in doing so, pretty much takes crap on A Duck's face.

3)A Duck responds by threatening Malmo with legal action by Nike even though A)Malmo was only defending himself B)he wasn't saying anything new and C)he was very careful not to directly accuse anyone else of anything, but rather to simply reaffirm his own previous admission of limited guilt.

4)The rest of laugh at A Duck and engage in a mean spirited and offensive conversation regarding his identity.

Nobody who knows anything about anything would threaten legal action over a conversation on this website, let alone over something that they deliberately dredged up.
