There’s a comically bad D2 program where you go to their website, click “links” and the very first one, above “schedule” “roster” or “staff” is “Head Coach _______” and then he’s some like 25 year old kid. It just comes off hilariously to me. I respect the hustle though
I was having a conversation with someone on a run about coaches who are the most narcissistic. It started about coaches in the area but then they made me think.. who are the most narcissistic high profile track coaches? Could be HS or college. I’m interested in the stories and backgrounds.
High school is Tony Holler by a large amount
Im not sure if he's a narcissist of more in the category of someone who thinks they got it all figured out. Good coaches, esp on youtube, confess we have some large grey areas in coaching and development and nobody knows what works for everyone. Everyone thought the Norwegians finally cracked the code of getting elite without injury, now Jacob is injured all the time. Just one example. Different athletes respond to different training. But every one is doing the same thing for the most part.
And anonymous on top of that. Ppl pick on you and Dahl and anyone who reveals their reveal name.
To the guy slandering Vin Lannana, unless you knew him in the coaching social circles or real life, why would you be putting this crap on here about him?
