All she did was chop her stride behind Kelati to avoid some road furniture. There was no misstep or rolling of ankle
Except there is no road furniture on the course where it happened. 🙄
I guess you didn't see that cutout and water line cover that Kelati slowed for along with the sign just a few strides later. ESP was running along the left side for a significant portion of the race and just strode right on several manhole covers and grates like they were cowpies she ignores too.

I would not list Tuhoy as a professional. You have to be faster than 16 minutes for that.
A friend of mine was a pro and he had two days over 16 and days well under 14. What makes you professional is do you have a contract and do you get paid to run for a living. Tuhoy is meeting both those standards currently
Valby was already yo-yo ing with the leaders at half way. She is clearly not in the best shape right now. You could see her struggling. Monson was out the back early, she has a long road.
Too bad Roe didn’t make the start line.
Rodenfels keep the leaders close enough to out kick everyone. She looked really good.
Whoever the reporter is he’s terrible. Sounds like someone off the street with an horrible voice attacking her with questions one after another. She handled it well. He sounds like an ahole
Monson posted that she was sick two weeks ago and didn’t get enough prep time.
Sure 🙄
I find it pathetic. Just run the race. Monson is not in shape and fell off the pace. No one needs to hear lame excuses. Personally I don’t see her coming back to her original form again.

Was that RFK Jr. interviewing her?
It was Gault who played the role of Batman. He takes Halloween very seriously.

Let’s give Jon some grace here, he lost his voice. So he had to yell to be understandable and his voice was raspy, but that wasn’t the vibe. I was there, and Parker recognized that he’d lost his voice and gave us a great interview filling the gaps on her injury, return to Palmer/Gainesville, rehab, connection with Coburn, USA cross, even Henegren. Jon isn’t an a-hole and he was definitely not attacking her. And Parker did a great job being open about a challenging year. Props to her, it will be a great story if she can end the year repping USA in XC.
How did he lose his voice? Is he sick? If he's sick, he should stay home. It's inconsiderate for sick people to go out and spread their sickness to others. Looked like he was standing very close to Parker and putting her at risk of catching whatever he has.
