Let me tell all of you some of what happened at this meeting.
Does anyone care to explain why these "hysterical" parents who could do nothing but "scream" were massively outnumbered by those who understand that trans people deserve the same rights as cis people?
Does anyone care to explain the FOUR students from my school who spoke up for themselves and explaining how the severe bullying and harrassment affects them? And what about the other trans student from another school in the district? The only student who spoke out for you was a single girl from a school not part of this school district, who also said that she asks other girls how they feel about this, and yet they don't have a problem with it since it's not a big deal? "It's not their problem", they say.
And why is it that about half of the times that someone yelled out in your defense it was one of two people, who will not be named for anonymity? One woman went up to scream the same stuff about 10 times if I remember correctly. And then to threaten to file a harassment complaint for them saying her last name? They did not even say her last name, it just so happens that her last name is the first name of the next speaker, who was the other person who went up a bunch. Almost seems like that was planned just to create chaos. And why is it ok for me to have my deadname dropped? I wished to stay anonymous and yet that ruined it. Should I also start a lawsuit?
Did anyone notice how one lady claimed to need double the time to speak because she needed a translator? Did you also notice how at the end of her 'speech' she switched to English and started screaming her head off? Seems like someone doesn't know how to follow directions.
Speaking of following directions, why is it that for every topic I was brought up? During the public comment section for each topic, it is a rule that you speak about that topic. And yet apparently people think my controversy has something to do with monetary bonds (and just about every other topic on the agenda).
What about that one man who decided that after his two minutes were up, that he would stay up at the mic and continue to scream and yell for another few minutes? The board members nearly needed to bring security to escort him out. Do you think that man was in the right?
Now lets take a look at the cheers. While yes, a few of the anti-trans speeches did amass a bunch of cheering, it was only a few of them. Yet EVERY pro-trans speech had sooo much cheering. Many of them had far more cheering than even the loudest cheers for the hate campaign.
Oh and what about K.S.'s brother (neither person will be named to keep their anonymity)? For such a devoted Christian, he sure doesn't know the bible were well. He decided that he would bring up my speech, and the use of a Bible verse. That Bible verse is Mathew 5:43-44. In fact, it is a pretty well known verse, something that I'm fairly certain such a devoted Christian would know, or at least know what book it is in. But merely minutes after my message where the book, chapter, and verse was stated, K.S.'s brother walked up, and said some man quoted some Bible verse from Mark. Really?! A devoted Christian can't even remember what book a well known Bible verse is from minutes after someone had read it?
Now let's take a look at people's voices. Q: Did people scream? A: Yes. Q: Did pro-trans advocates scream? A: No. Q: Did hateful rioters scream? A: Yes. Q: Did more than one rioter scream? A: Yes, if I remember correctly there were at least five. Q: Who are the people who are causing chaos here? Because to me, it seems very obvious that it was people who are a part of the anti-trans hate campaign.
Oh, and LetRun mods. I have made sure that no people are named in this post. I have made sure that no locations are named in this post. I have not given any identifiable information in this post, aside from initials that likely belong to a million people in the USA alone. Even if I did provide information about another person, all of the events I am speaking about were live-streamed on YouTube, and all the the individuals mentioned gave their willing consent to be seen, and had the choice to attend this board meeting. None of the information is private. There is no reason for this post to be removed.
If this post is removed, then either come up with an actual reason for it to be removed, or remove the entire thread. The very first post is an article that discloses information about me that I did not want publicized. It also gives names and occupations of some of the people involved, not to mention pictures of people involved (some of whom are minors).
My friend, 95% of the this community doesnt care what gender you identify with, have at it. But there is a boys/girls division for a reason for competition. Biology. Nobody is keeping any athlete from competing, just from cheating.
And BTW, where are the parents? They take partial blame for raising a boy who wants to wrestle girls.
Explain this biology to me. Because as far as I know, no one here has access to my medical records. So none of you even know what I was assigned at birth. And it is likely that I have XX chromosomes. By your logic that should mean I compete with girls, right?
And anyways, where in that post did I say anything about what gender I identify as? No where. So if you are going to quote something, at least make it relevant.
And no one is cheating either. CIF policies directly state that I compete based on my gender identity. There are no hormone levels tests, or regulations on what hormone levels are allowed, and if they do regulate that I don't know how they plan to enforce it cause I for one have never had my levels tested.
And... um... Wrestling??? When did I say anything about wrestling? If your going to argue against my participation in sports, maybe you should at least know what sport you're talking about.
And my parents, as well as many other parents of students at my school, stand by me. They know I have ZERO advantage over the girls, and they know that bullying and hate should NOT be tolerated.
What parents stand against me? Based off the board meeting, only a small handful of parents who have children affected. The rest of the speakers were 1) members of religious, conservative groups, 2) members of anti-trans hate groups, 3) republican politicians, 4) literally random people from other counties who have no stake in any of this.
Does California permit any boy to show up akd compete against girls? That doesn't sound correct but I will take your word for it. They may as well eliminate the 2 categories.
Nope. He did not have the majority of the votes. 49.9%. Yes he had more than Harris, but he didn't have the majority. And even then, it is far less than 2/3 like is required for many votes.
So you are right. The majority has spoken. The majority of voters have said that they would rather Trump not be the next president. And while the same could be said for Harris, 1.5% difference is not a big deal, so stop acting like he won the popular vote by a landslide.
Does California permit any boy to show up akd compete against girls? That doesn't sound correct but I will take your word for it. They may as well eliminate the 2 categories.
No. There must be a bunch of legally binding paperwork that is filled out by the child, a parent, as well of school administration, all of which has to be done before the school year officially starts. Once it has been filled out, there is no going back. So even if I wanted to, I would not be legally allowed to compete with the boys this track season.
Nah. The vast majority support him. Millions didn't vote because they knew it was a slam dunk. You know this. He will get a federal.law passed to prohibit any guy from competing against a girl regardless of how much makeup they wear or how many surgeries they have. The issue will be gone and we can all go back to just enjoying female sports.

And in regards to the law, lets see what he will have to specify.
What about cis-boys with XX?
What about cis-girls with XY?
What about other intersex variations?
What about trans boys on testosterone (who are prescribed it in another country cause he will criminalize it here)?
Are there age limits for when you must start?
What about trans girls on estrogen (who are prescribed it in another country cause he will criminalize it here)?
Are there age limits for when you must start?
What about trans boys on puberty blockers (who are prescribed it in another country cause he will criminalize it here)?
Are there age limits for when you must start?
What about trans girls on puberty blockers (who are prescribed it in another country cause he will criminalize it here)?
Are there age limits for when you must start?
What about trans boys who have undergone bottom surgery (who are prescribed it in another country cause he will criminalize it here)?
Are there age requirements for when you must have it done?
What about trans girls who have undergone bottom surgery (who are prescribed it in another country cause he will criminalize it here)?
Are there age requirements for when you must have it done?
And then for each and every one of these he must make sure that it aligns with title IX, and yes I am talking about his version of title IX. Because it would violate title IX to only allow trans boys to compete with other boys if you don't allow trans girls to compete with other girls.
And then he would have to deal with a ton of lawsuits and push back nationwide. Ya'll thought there were a lot fighting to get trans people out of sports? Well there's one problem. The issue with trans people in sports affects a very small amount of people. Not many would go out of their way to fight for something that doesn't affect them. But LGBTQ rights affects thee entire LGBTQ community. So the entire community would fight against these laws non-stop for the next 4 years. I would not be surprised if over the next 4 years there are 1000+ lawsuits that make national headlines fighting for LGBTQ rights
You don't even realize that your arguments can only be resolved by eliminating the two categories because there are really 5 or 10 or 20 different categories. I support your push to eliminate the categories.

It’s actually highly unlikely that you have XX, but there is one way to know for sure. That way you don’t have to deal in theoreticals. You could just be slow.
This description is not accurate. Nobody does a bottom check or a blood test on high school athletes in California. Anyone can compete in either category.
It has recently been discovered that I almost certaintly have a condition that means I have XX.
The fact that you have a pen#s doesn't certainly mean that you have XX, but rather confirms that you're an XY boy, not a girl.
They could have this intersex condition (it’s extraordinarily rare and could be other conditions). But they shouldn’t claim to have this condition until they know for certain, as it is an affront to those that actually do have the condition. It is disease appropriation. It would be like having testicles and competing with those without testicles. If they are indeed XX, then they are not cheating and do not fit the criteria for exclusion. In fact, their condition would support the argument for division of sports.

Pretty easy. Categories are sex based, not gender based. Regardless of their choice to take estrogen, transgirls are males and should compete in the male category, taking estrogen doesnt negate unsporting advantage. And yes, some boys are slow, and have physical disadvantages therefore they are on the lower end of the scale in terms of athletic ability compared to the rest of the boys. Just because they are slow boys, does not mean they get to compete as girls because they tied their hair up in a pony tail.
Transboys are females, and unless they take supplemental testosterone, they can compete in the female category. The male category is not a protected category, so transboys can compete there too, however they would have to either get a TUE for testosterone therapy or decide not to take it in order to continue with sports.
The term intersex is a misnomer, the more modern term is DSD (disorder of sexual development). Each DSD condition is still considered Male or Female. Caster Semenya is a male for example. I do not agree to use terms such as cis, or sex assigned at birth because it implies that sex is a changeable condition based on a choice, which not the case. Calling someone cis, implies that that person chooses to remain female, or adhere to societal stereotypes about appearance. Being a woman is not something that is cosmetic, or a choice, it is an unchangeable state if being determined by nature (or God if that's what you believe in). Having long hair, taking estrogen pills, getting plastic surgery, does not change someone's inherent nature. Whoever told you that was possible has lied to you. We are born into this world male or female, it was not assigned to us, and adult human females are women, not "cis-women".

Even if you have this extremely rare condition, you are still categorized as a male:
"De la Chapelle syndrome, also known as XX malesyndrome or 46,XX testicular disorder of sex development (DSD), is a rare genetic disorder that affects sexual development:"
It is a male condition because the expressed gene (or phenotype) is a male phenotype. (Which is why they have male genetalia).
Even if this condition makes you a slower than average male, you are still male. To bend over backwards to please less than 0.01 % of the population is wrong, and to allow people into categories just because they want to compete in those categories is wrong. "Tough cookies" as they say, you don't get everything you want in life and you should not be able to compete in a female category because you have not magically turned into a "female". It would be like a 200lb person saying they should compete in the 120lb division because they have an extremely rare health condition that makes them have poorer athletic ability....that makes no sense. That 200lb doesn't get to switch categories, they have to stay in their category and just be low ranking in that category...too bad, not everyone gets to be on varsity or be a winner.
This description is not accurate. Nobody does a bottom check or a blood test on high school athletes in California. Anyone can compete in either category.
This isn't true.
Schools have to submit official team rosters prior to interscholastic competitions listing the names of everyone on their teams, and attesting that that the school has received and checked all the legally-required paperwork and done due diligence to insure that the athletes listed on their team rosters actually are who they say they are and they meet all the eligibilty criteria to represent and compete for that school - and that the students are competing in the specific grade/age bracket, sex category and (if appropriate) the level or weight class that they've been signed up for and which they're qualified for.
Eligibility criteria for students to compete in interscholastic athletics in California and other US states, territories and the District of Columbia includes:
parents/guardians previously having provided the legal proof of residence required to register minors for school in a particular state and district/cactchment area in the first place;
providing a certified copy of an official birth certificate issued by a government; a medical record of live birth from a licensed or recognized HCF or HCP; baptismal certificate; passport or or naturalization papers, proving each student's DOB (if no documentation of DOB is available, medical and/or dental exams are typically used to determine how old a student is at the time they first register/enroll for school);
being officially registered for school in that particular state, district, catchment area, school and grade level;
actually having shown up to attend classes at the school where the student is registered when the current school year began;
meeting the all the criteria required for each student to be legally cleared to participate in extracurricular activities including athletetic - such having a decent attendance record, meeting minimum standards for academic coursework and grades; being in compliance with school conduct codes; not currently being under suspension or on sick leave
completing and handing in the all the paperwork that the state, school district or individual school requires be filled out, signed and submitted at the beginning of each school year (or sports season, as the case may be) by parents/guardians and a licensed physician or other approved health care provider the student has seen for a medical checkup. Without all that paperwork, students won't be approved to participate in any curricular activity.
The set of paperwork that poster 3a's California school district is the
Riverside Unified School District Athletic Clearance Package
This 17 page document is also called the
Riverside Riverside Unified School District Annual Medical Clearance and Indemnification Package
If you go through the paperwork in this package and read it page by page, you'll see that in several different places the adults filling out and signing the forms have to say whether the student is male or female.
For example, there's a form called the Authorization for Emergency Medical Care (Waiver), which asks for various information about each student, including
Student Name, Address, Age, Sex, Date of Birth, Grade Year
There are also two pages about each student's medical history and present physical condition that ask what sex the student is - and which ask for special info or require special checks depending on whether the child is male or female.
The Preparticipation Physical Evaluation Medical History Form, which is to be filled out by the parent and/or student prior to seeing the physician who does the student's mandatory medical checkup, asks for student's sex and age to be filled in at the top. Then there's a long checklist, at the end of which there's a section which reads as follows:
FEMALES ONLY 52. Have you ever had a menstrual period? 53. How old were you when you had your first menstrual period? 54. How many periods have you had in the last 12 months?
The next page is the Preparticipation Physical Evaluation Physical Examination Form, which is to be filled out by the physican or other approved licensed HCP who does the medical checkup of the student.
The HCP has to check off whether the student is Male Female.
Then comes a list of physical signs and organs/body systems the HCP is required to look for/at and check to see is healthy. This includes one which says:
25 states allow birth certificates to be changed. I can have my 8 year old son's birth certificate changed to female. He then is she. End of story. When she enters high school, She is female according birth certificate and my certification. This is happening frequently. I can tell that most of you have no connection to a high school or you would know.
This description is not accurate. Nobody does a bottom check or a blood test on high school athletes in California. Anyone can compete in either category.
People who make the sort of untrue claims you've made there have clearly never had, raised or been legally responsible for kids who've attended schools in the US and participated in school sports.
As us moms who've raised kids who've played school sports in the US know full well, a lot of paperwork has to be filled out, signed and submitted in oder to register kids for school and for them to be legally cleared to go out for and participate in school sports - and to travel off school grounds for meets, games and other events.
All students attending US schools N/K-12 have to undergo medical checkups at regular intervals during their schooling. Moreover, to be eligible to participate in interscholastic sports in MS and HS - and often in LS too - students all have to get additional medical exams colloquially known as sports' phsyicals - and they have to get these medical checkups before they can try out for or sign up for a team.
In most states, students have to get sports physicals on an annual basis for as long as they're doing school sports.
In my earlier post, I linked to and described some of extensive paperwork that has to be filled out, signed and submitede for students who do school sports in the specific California school district under discussion on this thread.
Page 1 of the 17-page Riverside Unified School District Athletic Clearance Package - aka the Riverside Riverside Unified School District Annual Medical Clearance and Indemnification Package - says:
The following steps must be taken to secure Athletic and Medical Clearance and be eligible for Participation in the Arlington/Lincoln/King/North/Poly/Ramona High School Programs: 1) Complete and sign every part of this application. Please remember that to be academically eligible for participation in any sport, the student must be passing a minimum of four (4) classes and have a GPA of 2.0 or higher in the previous grading period. Students new to RUSD should provide a copy of their most recent report card and must complete all CIF transfer paperwork prior to competition. 2) Complete a physical examination. Under California Education Code, an athletic physical is valid for a period of 12 months from the date given. 3) Complete the Emergency Medical Information and Transportation Permit form. New forms are required for each new season of sport 4) Read and understand the RUSD Athletic Code. 5) All the above materials must be presented to the site Assistant Principal/Athletic Director and be on file in that person’s office. No try-outs, practice, or participation of any kind my take place prior to receiving approval from the AP/Athletic Director. By CIF rule, information provided by the student or his/her parent which proves to be false may result in the loss of as much as 24 months of athletic eligibility.
Page 2 says:
A completed and signed Annual Medical Clearance and Indemnification Package is required to participate in athletic programs, pep squad, dance, color guard, band, orchestra, or ROTC programs within Riverside Unified School District middle and high schools.
The Board of Education deems these activities to be worthy for students but does not require student participation. Because these activities are voluntary, a completed and signed Annual Medical Clearance and Indemnification Package is required before the student may participate. No penalty other than non‐participation will be assessed if the form is not signed. The Annual Medical Clearance and Indemnification Package forms are not required for curricular related school activities. No tryout, practice, game, performance or exercise participation may take place until the student receives final approval from the Athletic Director, band, orchestra or ROTC teacher.

This is great. More students and parents are finding out about these rules/laws allowing boys in girls sports and bathrooms the hard way. Everyone is for equal rights and women's rights, but trans rules/laws were sneakily added to legislation because advocates know the public will not vote for them. But the tide is turning on this with lawsuits being filed against the NCAA and schools and students and parents standing up for the rights of girls and women to have their own sports and spaces.
I guess you forget that even Fox news knows that the majority of the crowd was the pro-trans anti-bullying advocates/parents/students. These laws affect a very small percentage of us. As seen at the board meeting, the LGBTQ community is very tight. When one of us is attacked, we will ALL stand for them. The anti-trans/LGBTQ movement, on the other hand, is not as tight. If it doesn't affect someone, chances are they will not go out of their way to fight against it. That is why despite claims that "There will be a whole lot more of us," there was not a significant number more anti-trans people at the meeting.
Please stop making sweeping generalizations about "the LGBTQ community" and claiming that everyone who is L, G, B and T supports males competing in girls sports.
There is no unified, uniform "LGBTQ community" that marches in lockstep and has a hive mind. There never has been. Once you learn some history and get to know people outside of your own small circle of friends and acquaintances, siloed social media bubble and narrow frame of reference, you'll find this out.
People who are L, G, B and T are as diverse in political views, beliefs, lifestyles, cultures, language traditions, etc as other people.
You and today's other young male trans activists don't speak for everyone who is L,G,B and T. Many L,G, B people - and quite a few T people too - don't support what you are doing.
In fact, many think that the selfish, entitled, male-supremacist way that many males who say they are trans are behaving nowadays - and the unreasonable demands they are making - is doing more harm than good and making everyone who is L,G,B and T look bad.
Also, for the record, some of the worst and most extreme, blatant and vulgar sexism, misogyny, male chauvinism, homophobia and animus and abusiveness towards lesbians, bisexual women and women and girls generally that I've ever seen/heard in the past 50 years is coming from some of the people who are TQ activists today. Especially male TQ activists, though unfortunately not exclusively males. Some of the females are very sexist, misogynistic, homophobic, intolerant and abusive of others too.
When activists of both sexes, various ages and races representing a range of views amongst the "LGBTQ" population gathered outside the US Supreme Court on the day of the recent Skirmetti hearing, a number of TQ activists - and parents of so-called "trans kids" - screamed really vile homophobic abuse at lesbians, gay men and bisexuals who were there to let it be known that quite a few of us adults who are same-sex attracted and "gender nonconforming" strongly oppose the medicalization and sterilizion of "gender nonconforming" children that's being done and promoted today in the name of "trans rights."
