I am certain that the NC High School Athletic Association will be facing a huge lawsuit over her injuries. She is specifically blaming them and I hope the jury hits them with a multi-million dollar verdict.
"Due to the North Carolina High School Athletic Association policy allowing biological males to compete against biological females my life has forever been changed," Payton McNabb, now a senior at Hiwassee Dam High School in Murphy, North Carolina, said during a Thursday committee hearing of the North Carolina state legislature."

I’m more concerned about the female player on the team who did not get to play because a man took her place on the court. I am also concerned about the female who did not get a volleyball scholarship because it was given to a man instead.
I’m more concerned for myself, who is being bored to death by the juvenile American electorate, and the downright childish public discourse.
I have turned back to…books! But absolutely nothing contemporary. Amazing, someone putting together a crafted, considered, and edited argument or thought. Maybe even cogent!

She was playing a front court position. And instead of trying to block, she tried to dig the ball. That's a recipe for disaster.
If any one is responsible for this incident, it's her coach who did not teach her how to play her position properly.
Here is Ms. McNabb with a great defender of women's rights.

I never understood why all those swimmers didn't just either a) refuse to swim against Liam Thomas or b) just stand on the starting blocks and let Lia 'win' with zero competition and then say, "Ready, set, go" and swim on their own once Lia was done.
Bc school od left leading morons about inclusion instead of common sense. Vote for kamala is a vote for communism and trans weirdo's
Playing varsity softball a few months after devastating concussion might not have been the wisest thing to do. But there was not trans player in her softball game. So it must have been 100% safe.
Getting absurd
Who is the girl sitting on the bench watching a man getting her playing time? She’s the true victim. Also, the girl who didn’t get a volleyball scholarship because they gave it to a man is a true victim. These are the people who should be suing the university.
Being male or female is not an idea, it is a physical reality, a fact of life. Your gender ideology is based on an idea, not fact. It is harmful to both boys and girls.

Looks like the University of Nevada is going to forfeit, too. The university said it (the university) is committed to holding the contest and it is up to the players if they want to participate or not on the day of the contest. So that means if San Jose State wants to get credit for a forfeit win, they will need to fly to Reno just to watch the Nevada team refuse to take the court. If SJSU does not go to Reno, it could be counted as a forfeit by SJSU.
List is getting longer:
Southern Utah
Boise State
Wyoming
Utah State
Nevada
Who's next?

That’s so fking funny to imagine.
I’m glad more and more athletes are taking a stand on this. Women’s sport is for women to compete against women on a level playing field, not an emotional support place for those with gender dysphoria.

Hopefully all.
if you've ever watched international volleyball, this is slow stuff in comparison. and as the other poster said, she puts herself in what we call in soccer no man's land. not close enough to block and not far enough away to dig well. basically shows you're a tourist as are so many of the folks pushing this stuff. LGBTQ haters who happened by sports and found their wedge issue.
and i can tell you're a bunch of hackers and trolls because someone else did the obnoxious "name stealing" thing to me. you're not looking for a conversation.
