What's the running equivalent of Tadej Pogacar riding ~7 W/kg for 40 min?

Yeah I had the same question on another thread. Sure, even if we just straight up assume that guys are still doping (they are) but that methods are now more tailored and sophisticated (they almost certainly are), does that translate to over 1km up the road, which is what Pogacar is/was over guys like even Armstrong?

Okay so the equipment is also better - but there are restrictions on this (ie. weight) which as you said, simply translate to that much either.

So still, improved doping practices + marginally better equipment + marginally improved talent - still no way this translates to 10%/an astronomical physical physical difference on these climbs right?

All jokes aside - are these bikes truly legit? When you think of the difference even 30-40W of power for 30min could make and something that could provide this could really be so unobtrusive (don't even think the classic "bottom bracket" but more like wheel hubs, I even remember watching a clip of a guy that designed something that went in the wheel rims and this was 25 years ago - who would ever know?) - either way this must be one of the most fascinating sports to be in the inner workings of.
