It is important to note that the civil suit that was dismissed was done so bc there was not enough evidence in the court filing to hold huntington university as a defendant.
There is still a pending sexual battery case in which Nick has been indicted for.
AW stated on the news that all of the accusations against Nick were false and people were lying.
If nick is found guilty of sexual battery, that would create a situation in which Lauren and AW were on regional/national news saying the victim(s) of sexual battery were liars.
We obviously will not know until the case plays out.
But it will look very bad if the coach/athlete team of Lauren and AW are under that cloud.
Many posters continue to post incorrect information. There are no victims. There are accusers. The victim may by Nick Johnson. Addy Wiley has not doped. She has been tested multiple times.

You do realize nick has already been arrested for inappropriate activity with a minor. And as a coach, he admitted to inappropriate behavior with multiple female athletes. And those female athletes are the one's that have filed the additional claims against him.

I am uninformed. How many years of prison time was he sentenced to by the Judge?
He did 30 days in jail with monitoring afterwards for identity deception in 2020. He was originally charge with kidnapping and child seduction. A combination of a minor victim that did not want to cooperate and a plea deal changed the severity of his penalty.
He avoided years in jail due to the uncooperative victim in the case.
Wiley is the victim in all of this. Those fake accusers are not victims.

Soooooo…..with the news about Lauren being her new head coach….we can all agree it‘s pretty messed up right? Like regardless of where you stand on the whole thing, it’s absolutely wild.
Also, glad we can finally all agree that Lauren has been her real coach over the past 2 years. Remember all the LR commentators saying Lauren had no connection to the team anymore? I sure remember that.
Wiley will be a superstar and Lauren Johnson will get rich as her coach. Expect others to join.
