I can only think of D1 sprinters, long and triple jumpers that went to the NFL. Does that count? Locally, Jordan Kent was a pretty good sprinter at Oregon and is now a sports broadcaster.
From Wikipedia: Jordan currently works for Pac-12 Network and CBS Sports. Jordan is the executive producer for Talkin' Ducks, on networks throughout Oregon.

When Samyr Lainé walked into his freshman dorm room at Harvard University in 2002, he found his new roommate tucked away in the corner of their room, typing away on his computer.
