I wasn't old enough to vote for or against him so I say this as someone who is just watching from the sidelines, but these all sound way too vague to take seriously. Bottom line is he has free speech rights to claim he won the election regardless of what the correct vote count is.
I'm not from the US, but it seems increasingly to be a country similar to Turkey or Russia where the political opposition use criminal law as a tool to get into power, or to deter applicants standing for the opposition. Isn't Clinton supposed to have done far worse? Is Obama squeaky clean? How about the people behind Biden?
I agree with you that these charges are worryingly vague and all encompassing. I would expect to see charges much more specifically created as offences in a first world country. The nature of those charges mean that they are open to abuse by political opponents.

Seriously, if you can’t see the difference between the legal challenges of Bush-Gore and the frustration of Hillary Clinton voters and the FAKE ELECTOR SCHEME you simply are trying not to see it.
Reasons that everybody on this thread who is defending Trump can and should be ignored:
1) They have almost certainly not read the indictments and won't. They are not qualified to comment on this one or the two indictments prior to this.
2) If you replaced the name Donald Trump in the indictments with the name Hillary Clinton, Barrack Obama or Joseph Biden, they would be back to "Lock 'em up!" chants, and they know it. They are not capable of being impartial.

I'm curious what Trump's supporters will say when all his closest aides and maybe even family testify against him. Its fascinating as someone who has lived in NYC for a VERY long time and has a pretty up close and personal view of Trump. He legitimately is the worst of the worst. Defrauding everyone. He has had to pay millions in fines for essentially being a con artist yet people still fall for his nonsense. Drain the Swamp? How is putting your family members and only those who swear loyalty to you draining the swamp? Forget about anything else. Answer that one question. The other thing is... this is not about Biden or Clinton. If there was a legal case against either, believe me, Trump would have done everything possible to lock them up. Turing a blind eye to the crimes that he obviously committed and to a a coup attempt would be beyond belief. Pursuing charges against obvious criminals, regardless of what job they once held and would like to hold again is what we call "the rule of law."

If I didn't know so many Trumpers myself I'd believe these are 'bots, but unfortunately there are a LOT of Americans who refuse to do any real investigating when it comes to their beloved Trump. He brought them what they wanted as President and they're willing to look past Anything and Everything in hopes of having him back in power. While I disagree vehemently with several major decisions the Supreme Court has made lately -- they do appear to still believe in separation of powers and having a judiciary that is not beholden to or under the control of the president.
