Stride report never said Taylor Roe would be better than Tuohy.
He said Natalie Cook would be better than Tuohy “when it’s all said and done”.
37:50 of the podcast btw.
Which seems like a weird thing to say considering cook has questionable form and was doing that whole aerobics thing... That seems like something you can do when you're young but there's no way that's going to work for a career in running. Tuohy has the form, the strength, and is in a college program she's thriving in. It just seems like a thing for a podcaster to say to try to be interesting
Inauspicious college debut for Jenna Hutchins....ran with Fretheway/Lee/Halladay for 1 mile, then faded and completed the 5K in 19:10.3, with the other trio finishing together 1-2-3 at 17:25 ish.

If Hutchins is able to finish with Halladay/Lee/Frentheway, BYU will seriously need a #5 if they really wanna be as good as some people say they are gonna be (like 5th or 7th in the nation)

Funny how the same podcast said they never went on the Tuohy hype train coz she never proved something yet they say Natalie Cook would be better than Tuohy??? lol last time I checked Tuohy owns 4 national hs records, 1 u20 record and has 3 ncaa national runner-up trophies, 2 national champion trophies and has better PRs than Cook, let's not even start about how their form difference is night and day.
the pod-casters who also run this very site is good at crediting how good Tuohy is but even better at underestimating and even indirectly predicting burnouts on Tuohy. They have constantly picked younger runners over older runners, weird..
I don't know I was listening to the stride report and they were saying how they think Taylor roe is going to be better than tuohy... Also they were kind of playing up the competition... I mean I guess they got her because it's better for business and just more interesting to talk like that but... Also if anyone can post the predictions from every site ... Because a lot seem like they're behind a payroll but I saw the wood report and he predicted NC State with 6 in top 13...
I will step up: Stride Flotrack Wood
Chelangat 1 1 2
Roe 3 2 4
Tuohy 2 3 3
Valby 5 5 1
McCabe 4 6 17
Tynismaa 12 4 16
Covert 7 9 14
Chmiel 6 10 7
Starliper 23 25 8
Bush 15 22 5
Larkin 9 14 9
Heckel 8 21 27
Seymour 24 19 6
That is a good start
Thanks for doing this... But u left out shaw who is ranked 13 and 17 on wood and floetrack.... Anyway so both wood and flo track has six NC State runners in the top 25...
What is she on the stride report? Anyway, yeah all that runners would have to be in great form for it to be... But just saying that all six of them are capable... Shaw ran some really fast 1500s in addition to the 1534...
