I never predict because it is hard to know if a runner is feeling good or bad that day. Hopefully she has a good race.

she despises them. she has never wanted that kind of toxic attention ESPECIALLY when they trash talk her teammates and friends. I wonder what inner conflict you must have to wrestle with to actively choose to play the very role that you know your idol would hate. seems pretty sad to me...

The winners ran 15:49. Do they deserve it? Painful to watch.
I think the heat was the main factor with the race.
Katelyn did fine. Top non-pro finisher. End of a long season. Didn't finish last or wilt in the heat too badly.
