Washington--Dempsey for anything over 400m, and it's not even close. You might have an argument if The Podium were at sea level.
Dempsey is dogs--t compared to the podium.

The best indoor facility is probably at Phillips Exeter Academy.

What about the Hampshire Dome? 310m with 4 lane straights and 2 lane turns. Could this be the best track in New Hampshire?

Sorry, I've never been there. Just seems limited with 2 lanes to me. Probably good to train on.
