With the required paperwork and ID on your person, yes. Regardless, having a gun on you increases your chances of being shot. Everyone should know and understand this. You can carry a gun. If you do, then you are putting yourself and those around you at increased risk. You should avoid conflict at all costs. Seems like he went out of his way to come into conflict with officers (he was butting heads with officers previously as well). He felt the gun gave him some big brass ones. That was his fatal mistake. He wasn’t going down without a fight, which is why he brought all the ammo. Cops suffer from the same machismo. Not much good comes from taking a gun to a protest.

It's not illegal to forget to bring your gun permit with you. Police can arrest you for it not ICE. The Gestapo ICE didn't need to play prosecutor, judge , jury and executioner. This would have gone to court and would have been case dismissed once he showed his gun permit. So now how many times are you going to say the same thing in this thread?
