The video shows no such thing. There are about a dozen ICE agents who are just standing around on the sidewalk. The streets are clear. There are no Federal agents' vehicles moving around. There are no protester vehicles moving around. Pretti goes out into the street to wave one vehicle through. Then the completely unhinged agent comes over and pushes the woman. Pretti retreats to the sidewalk holding only his phone.
What really happened was that the protesters were out blowing whistles and yelling at the ICE agents. One agent crossed the line and shoved a woman to the ground for no reason. This was nothing more that the federal agents taking out their anger on protesters. They shot Pretti in the back when he had no weapon in his hand probably because one of the cosplaying militia boys accidentally discharged his weapon or Pretti's causing the others to think that Pretti was shooting at them. Instead of commanding Pretti to drop the weapon, they panicked and shot him several times in the back. Then, when it was clear that he had fallen to the ground after being shot, one of the agent fired several more times into his lifeless body to finish him off.

According to Magats, its unreasonable to expect 5 officers to properly subdue one person. Even though he was face down and had already been disarmed, they had NO CHOICE but to shoot Pretti 10 times. Moving your body as 5 guys pepperspray, punch, and bash your in the face with a can of face is "resisting". Stepping in front of a wild, untrained proud-boy-turned-LEO as he attacks a woman for no reason woman is "assault." It is unfair to place any amount of blame on ICE despite law enforcement experts from around the world saying they are behaving recklessly.

Not a single officer had their weapon out until one saw Pretti’s gun. These guys weren’t looking to kill anybody.
