Another thing is that, many people may think that lone peak is #3 in the SW, but although they are good through 4, their #5 is far back. Niwot is deep through 9.

Looks like Massachusetts's Brookline averaged 9:30 for the hoka postal 2 mile challenge beating out dana hill's which averaged 9:31. I thought they were pretty overrated originally but speed ratings might be telling the truth

really underrated team these 3 mile times are good. They probably won’t make nxn because California is stacked. I hope they go to and peak for running lane. It will be interesting to see them stacked up against top northwest and southwest teams that couldn’t make it to nxn
Dana Hills wins South Coast League title over San Clemente 21-34. El Toro in 3rd with 94 pts. Dana Hills runs a full squad for the first time this year. Dana Hills is turning it on just in time for post season like they are known for. We will see just how good this Dana Hills team is at the State Meet (woodward park course) and where they rank on the all-time list for California teams. I think it's a possibility that they could be up there with American Fork and Herriman contending for a title. (I know it's a little early to say that, we will have to wait until the state meet). But these 3 mile times are ridiculously fast. The 2 low sticks will help big time at NXN, similar to how it helped Herriman last year.

Farragut is improving. Like Dana Hills this team always seems to pick it up at the end of the season. Expect big things from them come nxn.
Yeah. I think at this point, Farragut is the clear #2 team behind Belen Jesuit Prep in the Southeast.
Unless McCallie and / or Calvert Hall can put it all together at NXR. But these 2 teams have been inconsistent all season and it always seems to be “some guys missing” for them.
This year’s Farragut 5th man (which many people see as a concern based on how far behind their 4th he is) was only 1 second slower than last year‘s 5th man at the state meet.
