Trump will never be sent to prison, it's not only impractical, it's impossible since he has mandated Secret Service protection. The Secret Service will not permit any other entity to take over his security, no matter what.

Even if convicted on all counts, he would be, at worst, confined to Mar-a-Lago until his appeal which will certainly be reversed by SCOTUS.

Also, he can't be kept off the ballot either.

I had not thought about that. Are they going to have 30 Secret Service agents staying with him in Riker's Island? Guns are not allowed in prison so how is that going to fly? You are correct - if he is convicted he would get house arrest at the most. And this is because he was spreading disinformation! LOL.
