Coaching a fast sprinter to become great at long distance

Nothing is made up. I always tell the truth when it comes to my coaching and runners. You look obsessed with discrediting me , something that only people do when unfortunately they have fallen short in the various contexts of life. Take my advice and calm down )))

You're a Sick man. You eather are pathological liar or just someone who has some sort of dementia, basically no clue of reality. The lies you tell aren't funny anymore. You trick people into thinking you are great, but people like me close to the one's you claim to know, actually know the truth. Sr you're not a friend to Kenyans you claim to know.

Many Kenyans close to the athletes you claim to know and coach know better. Some of the very champions you claim to have coached from Sangs camp are reading this trash.

The only runner at Sangs camp I have been in contact with as I can remember is Kamworor and as I have told I never coached him but he asked me to coach him to a world record attempt in the fall of 2016 before he got sick in pneumonia. That is the truth about that story and as I told you I can of course prove it..

The main purpose with the website is of course to promote my coaching and a place with information

about my coaching service. Also a place where people find my good coaching results so far after just 4½ year

as an online coach.

I'm also curious how this lady has performed. Earlier in the year, you said she did 20x300m in 48s and in another workout, ran 2x300m, 200m, 100m running: (39,40), (25,24), (12,11) for her times.

You said she would get close to the world record in the 400m and break the world record in the 800m in two years and it has almost been one year. What has she run?

And last year, you said Meshack Letim ran 18x800m in 2:08 at altitude and did another session of 8x1600m in 4:15-4:18, which you said was very easy for him. You went on to say that he would attack the world record in the 5000m and 10000m. How did that end up?

The truth Mr Jan is that most Kenyans have blocked you and don't want to hear about you. Mr Sang dosen't know you eather Mr Jan. You have not coached any great Kenyan runners eather. Mr Sang would never put his athletes through such a silly workout program. Kenyans don't workout that way.

Because it was all Lies! He tells these lies to sucker people into trusting him. When the guys like Meshack come NO where near the times he speaks of, well he blames someone else's workouts for it, but furthermore most of these people are made up. It's all to sucker people!

Now read carefully! )) I don`t tell Kenyans lies! And the truth is during 4½ years coaching only one Kenyan has blocked me , the winner of Nice -Cannes marathon 2016 that I coached in just 3 months from a PB in May that year of 2:13 and then the win in a new PB of 2:10:43 .That runner contacted me and asked me what to do to run a sub 2:09 ! When I asked he lied to me about that he didn`t have a manager and after the win he and I got trouble with the Rosa`s claiming I didn`t do that coaching. Then almost after he blocked me without saying at least "thank you! " , I guess he got "cold feet" with his manager?.))) And that was as you see not Sang`s runner. Now read this: I have never told that I know Sang! I have coached a couple of great Kenyans, but not runners coached by Sang and at his camp. "Silly " program you say?.....then why do you think a world record holder agreed to take it on for a world record attempt after he had compared with Sang`s ???))))

Wouldn't it promote your coaching more to have photos of you with your athletes and videos of their testimonials about how great you are?

Don't know that a site that looks like my mom's Myspace page is doing it for you.

Hello Smoove! :) I didn`t get your sentence 100% . I understand what the words mean but not exactly what you ment with it? Do you mean you have a Norwegian mother or ancestry? What has that to do with lies and mistakes? Can you explain please. Maybe I can surprise you with a comment if I understand exactly what you ment with it. :) - J.S -
