He ran 4:47 and 10:38 as a senior in HS according to the Oklahoma HS track and field site which shows T&F results for 2005.
4 min mi liar and 430 are the same person. Skitzo pos
He is on here lying under sockpuppets with more alternate slower fake times. I have not seen results for faster than a 452 1600. What is the point, to cast doubt on the efficacy of a google search? Almost any time from 2000 and onwards is on the internet. Some guy ran the times he has isn't going to have some unpublished 420s or 359 1500 like he claims with no times in between. It just doesn't happen. I don't know why he can't be content enough with his real times.
At this point, I think his goal might just be to see either a) how many posts a thread can get or b) how many downvotes/total votes he can get. I've never seen anyone (well besides the US president) who doubles down so hard when caught in a massive lie. I guess there are no consequences for him on letsrun though - he is protected by the mod team because he will spam the boards if they ban him?
Good afternoon. Thanks for introducing yourself. My name is coach Barrett m dahl. I am the head college coach in san antonio texas. I
As a college coach and recruiter, I can confirm with you that cosches do NOT use those websites.
There was an article online saying I stole a painting from the Whitehouse. I dont know if its still up or not. Ive never been to the Whitehouse, but I've been around it. This bews article was up for several years, and it just goes to show alot of crap online is not true.
One of the women who lived with me in my mansion had a pretty long criminal record. It was all available online. This was not the woman I had a child with.
I do ALOT of 800meter repeats in around 1:55, then I'll work my way down 400s in 51, 200s in about 22-23. My track talents are downright savage, brutal, and shocking. They shocked my whole college, coach, and community. I have fast twitch muscle fibers BUSTING out of my neck, bottom, groin, many other areas. I mean I am cut up like a MISSLE.
I'm running times at 38 years old that d1 college all Americans have never dreamed of.
Pro runner Jessica Hull came to our college track and worked out with me, and even she could NOT hang with me very long.

He posted his Oklahoma drivers license here. issued 12/21/15 DOB 6/22/88 6'0 130lbs
His stories get grander with every year. Won a $51 million dollar settlement for his fight in Washington DC.
05.02.18 The suit against the Prince George's police settled with a 7 figure settlement. Not for a bad report. But for refusing an ambulance. In regards to the Marriott family suit, that was actually settled in the upper ends of 8 figures. Closer to 9 figures. There are disclosure terms that i choose to abide by.
The hotel paid me 8 figures for no security there. He ran professionally at ZAP for 18 months, 2008-2009.

Owns Worlds Best Water Company on i-40 near amarillo.
Says he ran a 4:08 mile and a 4:10 road mile.
He ran for UTEP
Been a head coach at San Antonio College since 2017.
5.2.25 I'm in spikes 3x per week in San Antonio, usually do 25 x 200meters starting at 28sec and working down to 23sec
That's a very elite class that I'm in. I'm very proud of that. That is .000125% of humanity.
Seems low. One in 8,000? Think of your typical mid size American suburban town. The town I lived in in my heyday had about 24,000 people. This would mean @ 3 people of that 24,000 ever ran a sub 4:30 mile. I knew @ a dozen within a few years of may age who had done that. I am sure some of the older guys had done so at some time and some of the kids grew up to do so

He has trained in Addis Abbaba and Nairobi.
He's the most interesting man in the world.
Don't forget his team having dinner with Matt Boling in a random Saltgrass Steakhouse.
I mentioned ~1989 in an earlier post, but that June 1988 works with the 2007 high school graduation date and the age posted for the Golder Driller 10k. Nice work recalling that.
Probably needs to be separated into how many ppl in America can run a 430 mile, and how many ppl world wide can. USA is an obese nation, so the percentage there will be lower. I live in the UK. In America its close to 1 out of every 100,000 people who have the capability of running that fast if given 4 months to train. Worldwide its approximately 1 out of every 76,000 people if given 4 months to train. The op, whose best video recorded and verified highschool time looks to be exactly 4:27, that time is worth 4:08 in todays superspikes.
This guy has never ran under 425 in his entire lifetime. How could he go 359 for the 15? What i would really like to find out is why is he allowed to do races in Georgia and North Carolina if he lives in Texas?

It gets worse. He ran a race in Arizona a few months ago where he registered as a 17 year old.
8 pages worth of replies about sniffing into the op's middle school running career. 2 actual responses on the actual question of how many people worldwide can run a sub 430.
And you wonder why everyone in the pro running community, and now the recreational running community, laughs at this site and sees at as a spam hub
