And here is some more proof that Darren Kavinoky was riding in the RV for 129 miles (208 km) on May 2nd, 2017 and faking this whole "run": On May 1st, they posted this tweet showing their stopping location for the day and that they had travelled a total of 305 miles. It includes a map screenshot:

Now, we know they were already in Phoenix on May 2nd because of their tweet showing Darren in front of the GNC pharmacy. We also know they didn't "run" yesterday (May 3rd) because they were doing a TV interview and from Darren's night time photo.

Now (May 4th), the idiots post a tweet with a map screenshot showing they have actually traveled 434 miles in total and are still in Phoenix at the Embassy Suites Hilton hotel. This means that on May 2nd, their last "run" day, Darren rode in the RV for 434-305 = 129 miles (208 km). Either Darren really enjoys riding in an RV or he is an idiot.

a couple thoughts

at least he doesn't seem to be doing this as a charity scam

it is just straight up self promotion

if the alleged sponsors want to throw their money at him then that is their problem

second thought is how these things expose the absolute vacuousness of the modern media - how easy they are to fool into giving free promotion

they don't even pause for a second to try to determine the legitimacy of any of these people claiming to do such amazing feats

i'm not sure they even have the brains to even begin to understand what they are looking

Actually Darren has a "charity" angle, too. His big fat sponsorship contracts are the main reason but I don't think it's above Darren to use the charity angle.

Just a thought, we should look up the highway webcams on the possible routes the cheater could be traveling on today/for next days. We may get lucky with footage of them just driving by with no one biking in sight.

here they are for arizona

but it would be like finding a needle in a stack of haystacks

and they are only for the major highways around phoenix and tucson

87/beeline to payson for example doesn't have cameras

I'll be traveling on Highway 87 to Payson tomorrow, I'm going camping this weekend. Agreed that is the best route to take if you are actually trying to do this under human power. With an RV ride though it doesn't matter which way you go.

I'll keep an eye out for the RV with a giant self-promoting picture of him on the side.

I would if I could right now but I'm busy. Call in and ask him if he is riding in the RV because his WhatsMyWin map screenshots show him travelling 129 miles in a single day on May 2nd. And ask why he has deleted all photos and videos showing him rollerblading and biking instead of running.

And then ask him why there are no videos showing him actually doing any running at all.

I've watched a few of the videos talking about all the training these stooges did to prepare for their cross country run. They never talk about any running they did. It's all weight lifting and crunches, with a split second of the ginger on an elliptical. It's quite obvious they did no training for running at all.

The radio interview is at 5 PM Pacific Time, so in about 45 minutes from now. Plenty of time if any posters have the time to call in and ask the hard hitting questions from this thread. Mainly, is he riding in the RV.
