I don't think his sponsors have the appropriate knowledge to know or understand what is involved in this endeavor. This is buyer beware for them. I wouldn't contact them.

Dave's between a rock and a hard place now after all his grand standing, etc.

If he doesn't go out somewhere near a record pace he'll be seen as a fraud and a charlatan.

If does go out at a near record pace he'll be totally buggered after a couple of days and be seen as a fraud and charlatan.

Not to mention Prince Harry Hewitt will be devastated.

My prediction, start fastish first day then snails pace because of an old injury flaring up early on, but will finish and be seen as a hero for struggling on and finishing with the injury.

If you look at photos of prince Charles's father prince Philip as a young man you can see a startling resemblance to Harry. Diana and Hewitt hadnt even met when Harry was born.

Harry is only involved with this scammer as he's patron of Walking with the Wounded charity, or i'm sure he would have zero interest.

David Reading says that he has a 3:12 marathon PR.

Has anyone tipped off London Marathon? His results are still up. Nat Cockburn finished just ahead of him in one of the photos. He looks legit. Hit all the timing mats and you can see he poured everything into it. I'm putting my money on Nat for the world record. He's way faster than Lurch and the dude has that legendary brit work ethic.
