I could see Hurta-Klecker knocking out Mu or Akins, though. I actually want SHK to make the team. She's been so close so many times.

Your opinion might change in 24 hours. We learned absolutely nothing from the first round. The second round is where all the chaos happens.

Just looked it up. It appears that a protest can be filed.

"When a protest is made by or on behalf of a competitor or team which did not finish a race, the Referee shall first ascertain whether the competitor or team was or should have been disqualified for a breach of the Rule unrelated to the matter raised in the protest. Should that be the case, the protest shall be denied."

Spaulding was on the morning session but they switched out crews for the session starting at 3pm. I know they have Will Leer, but I'm not sure if you mean him or Swangard. We're hearing mostly Swangard and Leer commentate on the distance races. At about 3pm they had an info box listing:

Dawn Harper-Nelson (sprints)

Darrell Hill (for throws I think)

Will Leer (distance)

start was just OOF. have to admit im a mark for her. love to see her smiling and interacting with the fans.

Natalie Dumas entered the 800 to get experience running with other fast runners around her. She wouldn't get that type of experience running in lanes in the 400.

And she got the experience she needed and learned a lesson which is "when you're running against pros you shouldn't be running out in lane two running extra distance."

I believe it was Will Leer? Especially with the D-3 talk.

Dawn Harper-Nelson is horrible.

Who's protesting? The woman who DNF'ed did not make an honest effort to finish and qualify, so I don't see how she has an argument to be reinstated.
