Parker Valby is too busy with auditions, singing classes, acting classes, CAPCUT classes, Mac Post Production classes, out the kazoo living the dream around Melrose & Highland.
You're thinking of Mu. She's the one trying to figure out if she wants to run or not. Valby is injured.
7 pages of wild speculation about silent bans. When is rojo going to come forward, denounce these idiots, and apologize for stirring up all this unfounded crap? I'm not holding my breath.
PV is another case that is going to result in more top level athletes skipping college or maybe limiting it to 1 or 2 years tops. These college coaches treat everyone like a piece of meat and work the sh*t out of them regardless...different athletes need to be treated differently and some cannot hold up under the rigorous college routine for 4 years...Valby, Br. Wilson, A. Steiner...and I am sure there are many more.

There is no such thing as "silent bans". It´s something invented by the LRC idiots.
Makes sense. Parker Valby is banking on LA2028 and skipping Tokyo2025 altogether. There's little money in World Athletics training meetings. The Olympics is 99.4% of our revenue every four.

Strangely enough, despite her races being exponentially longer than Steiner’s, I don’t think Valby’s 23-24 season has had an impact on her health and competitiveness or on her current injury. I don’t think she’s suffering burnout or after effects from all the racing and I’m certain she would not change a thing about that season. She seems extremely proud to be a Gator and my guess is when her career is over she will look back on those years as among her favourite.
She does seem fragile, though. The NB training was different. She’s injured and having difficulty recovering. I’m deeply sceptical of plans to adjust a runner’s biomechanics or form, but maybe that will help if they try it. Maybe she just needs to find the sweet spot balance among miles on the roads, more intense track work, and arc training. Hope she’s back soon.

Ummm, there's another global championship in 2027.

Yes, there's no evidence that anyone has ever been forced to sit out of competition while serving a suspension. In the past, USADA let a handful of athletes continue competing (so not really a ban at all), in exchange for their cooperation in trying to bring down other athletes and coaches. USADA's position was that the code allowed for leniency when athletes cooperated with anti-doping investigations. WADA said leniency still required that the athlete's conviction be public and that they serve their ban (even if reduced) prior to returning to competition. USADA then stopped the practice.
