Between the Biden admin scraping the Title IX guidance, Trump threatening to cut funding to schools that allow delusional boys to play on girls’ teams, and the “trans rights” movement completely jumping the shark in the last 6 months, this will no longer be an issue in just about a month’s time.
Adios!
While I’m not a Trump guy, my hope is that this gets put to bed during this next administration. The title of the article is about parents going after a school board for ‘allowing’ trans athletes to compete as they identify. There’s simply no concrete guidance for institutions on trans athletes. The repeated lawsuits side with the trans athletes.
What needs to happen:
1. A federal law prohibiting biological males from participating in women’s sports.
2. Lawsuits go through the courts and end up in the US Supreme Court.
3. The Supreme Court upholds the law.
Until this happens, nobody should be terrorizing the NCAA, a state high school league, or a school board.
The legal guidance needs to be concrete.
if the Republicans don’t pass a federal law, it’s because they want the fighting going on at the local level (as a distraction to keep your focus away from the fact that they’re raising taxes on all but the top 5% while running up the federal deficit).
I completely agree that they should not be going and literally screaming at the board members to resign (I watched the entire meeting and they most certainly did this a lot)
However, you need to think of the consequences of such a law. There are always going to be intersex people, such as me. I (most likely) have XX chromosomes, though, because there was no reason to test my chromosomes (I guess my genitals were enough for the doctors to make a decision), that was not known until recently.
What do we do with them? Are we supposed to say someone who has XX chromosomes, testosterone levels typical for a female, and says she is a female/girl should compete on the boys team due to genitals? Are we supposed to force every athlete to take expensive tests to have their chromosomes on record? Are we supposed to have people check every athletes genitals (I sure as hxll hope not, that would be barbaric)?
What happens with athletes with irregular chromosomes such as XXX or XO? What happens with athletes with ambiguous genitals? What happens with athletes who identify as female and have testosterone levels no different that females?
There are so many tiny intricacies that would need to be worked out, and all of them would face fierce opposition from one side or the other. I don't care if Trump has 10 years, I doubt he would be able to solidify federal laws addressing all of these cases.
As a result of the Obama and Biden admin's efforts - and the "gender identity inclusion" policies adopted by the NCAA for college sports and by the state federations that make the rules for HS and MS sports - there's been a steady stream of male students who say they are trans, nonbinary, gender fluid, what have you, deciding to compete in the female category and use girls' and women'facilties. Yet at the very same time, there's been no corresponding flood of female students going in the other direction by deciding to compete in male sports and use boys' and men's locker rooms and toilets at school. Because most of the female students who claim to be trans, nonbinary, gender fluid, etc are choosing to remain in female sports and continue to use female spaces.
Funny that.
Nope. It's because no one cares when trans boys compete on boys teams (until they take a varsity spot). No one cares when trans boys use boys restrooms or locker rooms. And so, the media does not make a big deal out of them. They are not publicly attacked or made a fool of by the press or even most people. It is not that they don't exist, it's just that people don't care enough to make it known that they do exist.
Meanwhile thousands of districts have 0 transgender athletes so, by all means, let's run this into the ground & treat it like the huge problem conservative media tells us it is.
Whether it’s 1 or 1000 males in women’s sports, it’s still a big issue. And it’s solely a Democrat issue
"Solely a Democrat issue"... Quite funny saying as the majority of trumps budget for him campaign went towards anti-trans rhetoric.
“A literal terrorist group”. Go back to your safe space. MSNBC won’t challenge your woke worldview at all
Yes. New Zealand and Canada both consider the Proud Boys a terrorist group. And multiple of their members have spoken out against me at these board meetings.
“Another father — who has triplets at the high school, and one of his daughters was one of the students involved in a lawsuit alleging her First Amendment rights were violated by the school — said that while student-athletes at the school are told they can't miss practice, the transgender athlete at the center of the controversy was told that they didn't have to, and attended only 14 of 74 practices. They were given preferential treatment so that they did not have to come to practice," he said. "That's why we're here. That's why this all came about, and the administration knew about it."”
Of course an average talent male beats hardworking females who work much harder
1) Incorrect statistic. I attended more than 30 practices, and practiced on my own every day.
2) This so-called "preferential treatment" is available to all students who attempt to graduate early as they will still be in school when practice starts. However, daily practice reports were required to be turned in.
3) If they are protesting because I missed too many practices, why do the shirts say 'save girls sports'? Shouldn't they say 'Must Attend Practice'?
4) Who said anything about them working harder than me? Most days, I had to complete MORE intensive and MORE rigorous workouts than the rest of them. Not to mention I also practiced EVERY Sunday, a thing that as far as I know no one else did.
5) And boo-hoo. I perform better than 2 athletes on the varsity team.
To anyone in general who's posting here, I've only read a few posts and try to avoid these sorts of discussions but I got to wondering about something and maybe some of you can answer this. I always see this happening as one time boys or men who've decided to be girls or women competing against their new gender. Has anyone seen a case where a one time girl or woman who's decided to be a boy or man competed against boys or men?
Absolutely. There are many instances of this (I will choose to overlook your close-minded choice of words). However, I can not think of any of the top of my head (aside from someone I used to know who was actually towards the top of the JV team and even put on varsity once). People do not care about trans boys competing on boys teams (until an entitled cis-boy is beat). They don't make a big deal out of it. Their stories don't make it headlines because no one makes it a big story.
and Letsrun mods, no identifiable information was given about the person I spoke of, so there is no reason for this post to be removed.
I've quoted, cited and linked to the federal government's longstanding Title IX regulations about athletics allowing males to be barred from women's and girls school sports because of their sex. These regulations have been federal law since 1975. SCOTUS has weighed in on them, ruling that the regulations appear to reflect what the US Congress had in mind when both the House and the Senate voted overwhelmingly to pass Title IX a half century ago.
When the US Department of Health, Education and Welfare first issued these regulations in 1975, the regs were subject to extensive scrutiny by the US Congress and reviewed in multiple Congressional hearings. Indeeed, they were subject to a special
statutory “laying before” Congress provision, designed to afford Congress an opportunity to examine the proposed regulations and disapprove them by resolution within 45 days if Congress deemed them to be inconsistent with Title IX. N. Haven Bd. of Educ., 456 U.S. at 531-32.
Congress did not disapprove them, and the Title IX regulations took effect on July 21, 1975.
The Supreme Court has stated that the fact that no such disapproval resolution was adopted “strongly implies that the [Title IX] regulations accurately reflect Congressional intent.” Grove City Coll. v. Bell, 465 U.S. 555, 568 (1984); 3 see also N. Haven Bd. of Educ., 456 U.S. at 533-35.
The now-longstanding athletics regulation states that “[n]o person shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, be treated differently from another person or otherwise be discriminated against in any interscholastic, intercollegiate, club or intramural athletics offered by a recipient, and no recipient shall provide any such athletics separately on such basis.” 34 CFR 106.41(a).
The regulation then provides that when selection for an athletic team is based upon competitive skill or the activity involved is a contact sport, a recipient may offer sex-separate teams (though it is not required to do so). 34 CFR 106.41(b) (“[A] recipient may operate or sponsor separate teams for members of each sex where selection for such teams is based upon competitive skill or the activity involved is a contact sport.”).
The regulation contemplates that in some circumstances, female students may try out for a male team, or vice versa: “[W]here a recipient operates or sponsors a team in a particular sport for members of one sex but operates or sponsors no such team for members of the other sex, and athletic opportunities for members of that sex have previously been limited, members of the excluded sex must be allowed to try-out for the team offered unless the sport involved is a contact sport.” Id.
The regulation thus recognizes that in some instances individual students may be denied the opportunity to participate on a particular team on the basis of sex.
The itaclized text above is from the document published in the Federal Register on 04/13/2023 by the Biden admin's Department of Education, Office of Civil Rights announcing its plan to change Title IX's longstanding regulations to make it illegal to bar males from women's and girls' school sports because of their sex.
Law is 💯 about interpretation. Laws are passed, constitutions are ratified, then the courts determine what the laws mean. No high-functioning institutions are going to willingly expend their resources being the guinea pigs getting sued to help determine case law.
if the feds/Republicans want a transgender law, they should make a federal transgender law. nNo biological males in girls sports teams, no biological boys in women’s restrooms or locker rooms. Anything short of this leaves the issue up to more local interpretation.
For example, here in MN, the state constitution has been interpreted through case law for 40+ years as including gender identity under the umbrella of protection from sex discrimination. Something at the federal level would need to supersede that. otherwise, we are in a state-by-state dilemma.
As a Democrat, I, like virtually every Democrat I know, would like to see that federal law, so we can stop talking about something that violates common sense.
We can then get one step closer to paying attention to things that matter, like the failing fiscal policies of the US that have created an unprecedented and unsustainable wealth gap.
Why not focus on stuff that matters before we focus on an extremely divided issue about 0.02% of individuals?
But I will give the benefit of doubt for those who competed as boys at young age. Maybe they didn't start transitioning earlier because they didn't have their family's support or some other circumstances beyond their control. Whether they should be allowed as girls /women is another question. But they don't deserve to be called "the males who've used gender identity claims to compete in girls' and women's schools sports."
1) Or was not aware that it was legal to compete based on gender identity (which is the case for me, as well as many others because we are not being indoctrinated)
2) To clarify what JAHJ means, Whether they should be allowed as girls/women is not a question. Of course they should. Whether they should be allowed to COMPETE as girls/women is the only thing that an argument could even be made against.
This is great. More students and parents are finding out about these rules/laws allowing boys in girls sports and bathrooms the hard way. Everyone is for equal rights and women's rights, but trans rules/laws were sneakily added to legislation because advocates know the public will not vote for them. But the tide is turning on this with lawsuits being filed against the NCAA and schools and students and parents standing up for the rights of girls and women to have their own sports and spaces.
I guess you forget that even Fox news knows that the majority of the crowd was the pro-trans anti-bullying advocates/parents/students. These laws affect a very small percentage of us. As seen at the board meeting, the LGBTQ community is very tight. When one of us is attacked, we will ALL stand for them. The anti-trans/LGBTQ movement, on the other hand, is not as tight. If it doesn't affect someone, chances are they will not go out of their way to fight against it. That is why despite claims that "There will be a whole lot more of us," there was not a significant number more anti-trans people at the meeting.
We have had mixed gender races for a long, long time. Almost all road races 5k and up are mixed gender (in fact women's marathoning has devolved into running in separate packs of male pacers/domestiques and not really racing each other at major marathons). But I remember running dual meets that had both girls and boys in high school, especially in cross country and the two mile. A girl, who later went onto be NCAA Champion won those races outright sometimes. The reality is no one really cares if someone, man or woman, runs a 21:20 5k in high school. It's an objectively good time. But nobody, man or woman, is going to sign a NIL deal, or even get a scholarship, with that time.
And that's the whole problem here. Everyone thinks that there's the jackpot of not having to pay for college, which has become prohibitively expensive over the past 30 years, in athletics. No your daughter who is the 6th woman on her XC team that qualified for States as a senior isn't going to get a scholarship to run in college. At best, they might get recruited to run at a non-scholarship DIII school or walks into a DII school. And from a financial perspective, she's probably better off running road races where she can win and cash $100 every once in a while than she is on the college team.
The notion that the .01% of people who are trans and want to run on the XC team are going to take over women's running because men are faster and destroy it is asinine. 1. To be trans, you have to be on hormones. Reducing testosterone levels and increasing estrogen levels is a performance deenhancing drug. So if the athlete ran an a 20 minute 5k, they'll run a 23 minute 5k after a year of estrogen.
And even if they somehow managed to run say 16-17 minute 5ks needed to be competitive in college, I think it's pretty doubtful that any college would actively recruit and offer a scholarship to such an athlete. To do so is to do a few things: 1. Needlessly invite controversy which can harm the school's fundraising ability. 2. Cost the school money because of the need for increased security thanks to unhinged people (see San Jose State volleyball, after that no school is going to willingly go down the same road).
Now I have no doubt that some epic troll, perhaps from these very message boards, will eventually claim to be a trans woman, even though they're not on hormones, show up at some race and win it. And then we will have endless pages about whether they should get to keep the prize money. Or why they didn't register in the nonbinary category. Or why the nonbinary category doesn't have prize money.
And it all ignores the reality: almost none of us are good enough to run times that would mean where we are running is gender exclusive (it's a sub 15 5k for men, and a sub 16:45 5k for women in my view; for marathons sub 2:20 for men and sub 2:35ish for women).
We have all become dumber for having read this absolute nonsense. So tired of woman-hating deviants ignoring the obvious advantages. The proof is in the times.
…and ONE biological male competing against girls is way too many.
Wow! "The proof is int the times!" May I ask what proof? I wasn't able to win any of my JV races. I forget my exact place, but last year at Mt sac footlocker in the championship race I was somewhere along the lines of bottom 20%. Even in D2 (iirc), I was not able to win a varsity race. That must be some huge advantage I have!
And especially because of the high chance of me having XX chromosomes! If I have XX, I would actually have a DISADVANTAGE over your daughter. All of your fight is saying that only XX should compete in girls sports, so I fully expect that when my test results come in you end the bigotry and nonsense against me. Actually, scratch that. I don't expect it. But it is what any decent person would do when they realize they are wrong. And a public apology would also be great. Thank you.
You now say definitevely that you have xx and have la chapelles. A few days ago you always said 'you suspected' or words to that effect.
So can you confirm you have xx and la chappelles properly diagnosed now please?
I misspoke. Most of the posts I just made said it is highly likely I do. I am being tested in a few days, though. And even then, I don't think that a 23&me test would be suitable in most of your eyes. Though me and my parents did take out my medical records and even if I don't have de la chappelles (which I'm still pretty sure I do), given the sheer amount of abnormalities/deformities I have/had I likely have something condition causing it.
Those are all women. Ironically, all of your examples demonstrate that women are disadvantaged vs men even when they're doped out of their minds.
It is the reverse of trans women's situation. If a trans man is going to be competitive against cis men, he will have to start medical transition very early. Bailar and Henig did not star well into their adulthood. No wonder they were not competitive.
Given Mosier is also an adult transitioner, I think he has been quite successful. Imagine how much more competitive he would have been if he had started medical transition at age 12.
In point of fact, Bailar started taking testosterone at 19, Henig at 19 or 20. At 19 and 20, humans are just at the start of adulthood, not "well into their adulthood."
Mack Beggs started taking testosterone at 14. So by your logic, by the time Beggs went to college and joined a men’s wrestling team there, Beggs should have been in a much better position to be competitive against men than Bailar, Henig and Mosier have proven to be.
But, in fact, Mack Beggs did not end up being able to compete on par with males in college (or since then).
Mack Beggs was on the men’s wrestling roster at Life University for three years, but hardly ever competed in any actual matches. The school's athletics department website doesn't give any records or results for any men's matches Beggs was in - all that's shown is that Beggs was on the men's roster for three years.
AFAICT, the couple of meets where Beggs did compete against men, Beggs got trounced.
The first year Beggs was on the Life U men’s wrestling roster (2018-2019), Beggs had to sit out the whole season because Beggs had a double mastectomy the summer between HS and college, and the recovery turned out to be much longer (6-8 months) and more difficult than expected.
I’ve only found mention of one men’s college match against another school that Beggs participated in the following year (2019-2020). Beggs narrowly won against the first guy Beggs wrestled, and lost to the second 16-0.
In Beggs' junior year in college (2020-2021), Beggs got injured and gave up college wrestling for good. In the spring of 2021, Beggs told MIC
After a teammate injured me, I asked my coach for some time off. I felt like I needed to get away from the strictness of wrestling. After that, I thought, I don’t think this is for me anymore. I called it quits. I now have a higher calling with the advocacy that I’m doing for the trans community and the LGBTQ+ community.
In another interview given in the spring of 2021, Beggs explained why Beggs believes Beggs career in men’s college wrestling didn’t pan out:
It was just the fact that I was fat and out of shape. I was weighing in at 132. I was in the 132-pound division and I was coming off fresh, two years. I actually got injured by a teammate of mine that disagreed with my lifestyle. And he hurt my knee pretty badly. And then I had to recover from top surgery in my freshman year, the year prior to that, so that took about six to eight months recovery.
So in retrospect of how I was doing, and how well I was doing against the guys in the room — which included D1 athletes and D2 athletes from really good programs — and how I competed in a weight division that I really didn’t even belong in, I think that whether I won or lost, it didn’t really matter because I knew that within myself that I have the tools and the necessities to beat these guys. It’s just a matter of refining them.

Bruh. Please Step away from the keyboard for a month or 2.
Your stories change daily, and none of them help any biological male’s argument to compete against girls. You just started throwing out the possibility that you are XX, which is silly and delusional - and some at-home test won’t change a thing for the people who have common sense. There are obvious signs when a boy has gone through male puberty, and no male who competes against girls will get an apology.
You admitted you miss a lot of practices. It’s a TEAM SPORT. And for the love of God, stop talking about not winning a race. You have won girls races…And even if you finished 2nd to last, one girl was wronged, and that’s one too many.
Your “Brush It Off” and “Boo Hoo” responses to girls who stand up for themselves after losing opportunities to a boy tells us a lot about your entitled selfishness while you actively invade girls’ spaces. Someone needs to make “Brush It Off” shirts to remind your teammates and opponents that their feelings don’t matter.

In my entire running career, I won two D2 sophomore races. I won ZERO varsity races. I won ZERO JV races.
And what story of mine has been changing?
I just started throwing out the probability that I am XX because I just became aware of this probability. And depending on what the 23&me results say (which BTW is a reputable organization that is nearly as accurate as getting an actually appointment but a lot cheaper and less effort on my part) I will be getting it tested again.
And may I ask, what obvious signs of my male puberty have I demonstrated? Some of the more obvious ones that I could think of are facial hair and size. I have never once shaved my face, and yet as a 16 year old so-called biological male I still do not have facial hair. In regards to size, I am 5-4, a fairly average height, and 120 lbs, which is also fairly average. If my performance alone is proof of my 'male' puberty, then are you saying that every girl faster than me also went through 'male' puberty?
Which "girls" have lost opportunities because of me? I can only think of one girl who has, T.S.
And maybe I will. Maybe we should get 400+ students to wear these 'brush it off' shirts so you can finally understand the pain that you have caused me and so many others. How would you like that? And you know that the admin will not hinder our counter-protest because if they have to heed to your 1st amendment rights they would have to heed to mine, too.
And yeah, ITS A TEAM SPORT! So why are you trying to single out and exclude a single person from the team?

It’s just a matter of refining them.
BTW, I hope Mack Beggs was being hyperbolic when Beggs claimed in the interview I quoted from in my earlier post that a teammate on the men’s wrestling squad at Life University intentionally injured Begg and did so coz he “disagreed with my lifestyle.”
But if that did happen to Mack Beggs, I think that’s really terrible and totally unacceptable - and I wholeheartedly condemn it.
If Beggs’ college teammate really did intentionally injure Beggs and did so coz he”disagreed with my lifestyle” like Beggs said, then the teammate committed criminal assault against Beggs and he violated Beggs’ civil rights under Title IX by harassing and hurting Beggs’ due to bigotry against Beggs’ sex, gender identity, gender expression (and possibly sexual orientation too).
However, I have a hunch that Beggs’ teammate did not actually commit an illegal assault on Beggs motivated by sexist, transphobic and/or homophobic prejudice like Beggs has suggested. Because if the man had done that, I am sure Beggs would have taken legal action - or at least would have filed a formal complaint with Life University, a school where Beggs said the coaches, athletics stafff, rest of the administration and most of the students were always very supportive of Beggs.
I’m also sure that if Beggs’ had filed a complaint and/or made a police report about being assaulted and abused in a transphobic way by a teammate, the case would’ve have garnered lots of media coverage and become something of a cause celebre used to drum up sympathy and support for “trans rights.”
Indeed, if Beggs really was assaulted and bullied as claimed, I imagine many would be claiming this to be a “trans bashing” and "anti-trans hate crime" whilst making Mack Beggs out to be a martyr.
But from the fuller account that Beggs has given, it doesn’t sound like the teammate really did physically injure Beggs on purpose like Beggs originally said. It seems, rather, that the teammate made a verbal remark that Beggs interpreted as hostile. Whether the comment really was hostile isn’t clear, as Beggs hasn’t revealed what the teammate actually said. All Beggs has said is that the guy made “a comment” of unspecified nature that Beggs took as casting aspersions on Beggs and Beggs’ "lifetyle.”
I had no idea that he had a problem with me. It was right after practice. We were just drilling, and I was going as hard as he was going. I was just trying to keep up with him, and I’m not going to lie, he’s definitely way better than me, I’ll give him that. He definitely has the skills, but I’m a fighter. I’m a dog and I will fight. I’ll be on my knees and bleeding before you get me to give up and I will never give up ever, you’ll have to knock me out, period. And I think he realized that I wasn’t going to go crying off or whatever.
And after we got done with our practice, he made a comment towards me and I just responded right back, “What did you say to me?” And he responded again to where I could hear him better. Even though I did hear him the first time, he said a little bit more clearly to where everybody else got to hear. And I was like, “You can just shut the hell up, because we’re all here for a goal, which at the end of the day, is to be a champion. And if you’re not here willing to do that, then you need to get the fxxk out.”
Afterwards, I think I did the right thing, going up to my coach and telling him, “Hey, this person said this comment towards me, and I just want to address it in the right way, because he injured me.” And I was about to go downstairs to talk with one of our athletic trainers and get treatment. I was out for a good three, four months. But I told him, “Just get it resolved, because I don’t want something like this to happen again.”
And afterwards I knew that we would never get matched up, and if we did get matched up during practice, Coach would fix it. Coach is awesome and he always had my back, and whatever he said to that individual, they definitely never bothered me again
and no male who competes against girls will get an apology.
And what if I get further testing and professional doctors declare me intersex after finding that I have XX, and have testosterone levels equal to those of most girls? Would you have the decency to publicly apologize for your defamation and lies spread about me?
Thanks for the honest answer.
No, I don't think lrc readers would accept what appears to be a home / online dna test for a serious medical condition.
If you truly believe you have a life changing medical condition please get it treated professionally.
You appear to be a minor. Your parent should be arranging this and supporting you.
Good luck I hope you get diagnosed as required and treated as agreed.
Let me tell all of you some of what happened at this meeting.
Does anyone care to explain why these "hysterical" parents who could do nothing but "scream" were massively outnumbered by those who understand that trans people deserve the same rights as cis people?
Does anyone care to explain the FOUR students from my school who spoke up for themselves and explaining how the severe bullying and harrassment affects them? And what about the other trans student from another school in the district? The only student who spoke out for you was a single girl from a school not part of this school district, who also said that she asks other girls how they feel about this, and yet they don't have a problem with it since it's not a big deal? "It's not their problem", they say.
And why is it that about half of the times that someone yelled out in your defense it was one of two people, who will not be named for anonymity? One woman went up to scream the same stuff about 10 times if I remember correctly. And then to threaten to file a harassment complaint for them saying her last name? They did not even say her last name, it just so happens that her last name is the first name of the next speaker, who was the other person who went up a bunch. Almost seems like that was planned just to create chaos. And why is it ok for me to have my deadname dropped? I wished to stay anonymous and yet that ruined it. Should I also start a lawsuit?
Did anyone notice how one lady claimed to need double the time to speak because she needed a translator? Did you also notice how at the end of her 'speech' she switched to English and started screaming her head off? Seems like someone doesn't know how to follow directions.
Speaking of following directions, why is it that for every topic I was brought up? During the public comment section for each topic, it is a rule that you speak about that topic. And yet apparently people think my controversy has something to do with monetary bonds (and just about every other topic on the agenda).
What about that one man who decided that after his two minutes were up, that he would stay up at the mic and continue to scream and yell for another few minutes? The board members nearly needed to bring security to escort him out. Do you think that man was in the right?
Now lets take a look at the cheers. While yes, a few of the anti-trans speeches did amass a bunch of cheering, it was only a few of them. Yet EVERY pro-trans speech had sooo much cheering. Many of them had far more cheering than even the loudest cheers for the hate campaign.
Oh and what about K.S.'s brother (neither person will be named to keep their anonymity)? For such a devoted Christian, he sure doesn't know the bible were well. He decided that he would bring up my speech, and the use of a Bible verse. That Bible verse is Mathew 5:43-44. In fact, it is a pretty well known verse, something that I'm fairly certain such a devoted Christian would know, or at least know what book it is in. But merely minutes after my message where the book, chapter, and verse was stated, K.S.'s brother walked up, and said some man quoted some Bible verse from Mark. Really?! A devoted Christian can't even remember what book a well known Bible verse is from minutes after someone had read it?
Now let's take a look at people's voices. Q: Did people scream? A: Yes. Q: Did pro-trans advocates scream? A: No. Q: Did hateful rioters scream? A: Yes. Q: Did more than one rioter scream? A: Yes, if I remember correctly there were at least five. Q: Who are the people who are causing chaos here? Because to me, it seems very obvious that it was people who are a part of the anti-trans hate campaign.
Oh, and LetRun mods. I have made sure that no people are named in this post. I have made sure that no locations are named in this post. I have not given any identifiable information in this post, aside from initials that likely belong to a million people in the USA alone. Even if I did provide information about another person, all of the events I am speaking about were live-streamed on YouTube, and all the the individuals mentioned gave their willing consent to be seen, and had the choice to attend this board meeting. None of the information is private. There is no reason for this post to be removed.
If this post is removed, then either come up with an actual reason for it to be removed, or remove the entire thread. The very first post is an article that discloses information about me that I did not want publicized. It also gives names and occupations of some of the people involved, not to mention pictures of people involved (some of whom are minors).
My friend, 95% of the this community doesnt care what gender you identify with, have at it. But there is a boys/girls division for a reason for competition. Biology. Nobody is keeping any athlete from competing, just from cheating.
And BTW, where are the parents? They take partial blame for raising a boy who wants to wrestle girls.

Yes, I am a minor.
And yes, my parent is arranging this and supporting me.
In regards to the test, the most basic way I can explain how 23&me works is we buy a test, collect some saliva, send it to their laboratories, they extract DNA, and the results are then sent back to the consumer. I would consider this completely valid, though I am not certain if it would hold in a legal case so depending on the results I would get more professional aid.
Though even if I was found to have De La Chapelles by professional geneticists, something tells me no one is going to give a shxt and I will still have hundreds of students protesting against me, a so-called 'male', playing sports, weekly news articles about how I, a so-called 'male' am 'cheating', board meetings filled with people screaming to protect girls over a so-called 'biological male', and a life long target on my back from extremist groups for being trans (even if I were to be intersex, I would still consider myself trans).
