The correct response is to boycott insurance companies and the medical industry. But government is in cahoots with them and makes individuals and employers buy anyway. It is true to varying degrees in different states, but the fact remains that people are being coerced into purchasing products at inflated prices. And so the normal, peaceful, result is not obtained.
Couple that with legitimate health fears that folks have after a century of being poisoned by the packaged food industry, and the situation looks even worse from the point of view of anyone not on the take.
Killing someone is cruel and difficult to justify. But until folks have the ability to opt out of paying this CEO and others like him, without penalty then I forecast more similar violence. Can easily be avoided by letting the marketplace function for the benefit of the customers.
There are cameras all over, so all you have to do is find him on his path and sync up the times. Could be cell phone tracking as well but I don’t know that it’s accurate enough to pin him in a specific spot.
But in my neighborhood in Baltimore the cameras are one person's ring doorbell, another's wyze garage cam etc. They aren't all linked to law enforcement. Are there actual law enforcement cameras all over NYC? Then why in the hell are there so many unsolved crimes?
Were you drunk when you wrote this or just plain stupid?
Well he's out of the city now, so unless he'd dumb enough to return to NYC, there's really nothing that can be done at this point even if they identify him. Cops can't leave their jurisdiction to chase down a criminal.
Oh so you can murder someone and be fine as long you leave the jurisdiction? Interesting.
PS. To the idiots, who think law enforcement have a name, if that was true, I think they'd have released it by now.
It is common for law enforcement to not release all the information they have both to maintain advantage and shield against liability.
There is little to be gained by releasing a name at this point, and in particular, it doesn’t make it any more likely for random people to help catch him.

If they actually had his name they would release an unrelated photo to the crime that is a better view of his face. The fact that he hasn’t been caught and they haven’t released any more information indicates they still don’t know his identity. So far they have a fake id name and a burner phone and a lot of dead ends.
Law enforcement experts? You realize everyone on this site either (1) lives with their parents or (2) has a weak white collar corporate job? When the fire alarm goes off they have to concentrate not to have a panic attack.
This poster is absolutely correct. Cash or not, it's recorded.
It’s irrelevant that it’s recorded. They have tons of recordings of him all around the city. He’s a young masked guy. What now?
no the poster is right. they have his face in one photo which means they have his id as someone gave LE his identity. the mask part doesn't mean anything as he made a big boo boo, once. he simply got out of the city before they knew his identity, not hard to do. LE won't share everything and I agree with the poster that he may commit suicide as prison wasn't part of his plan
It's not a disgruntled insurance customer-it's a hit sponsored by his estranged wife, or a jealous husband. Slimmer chance that it's gambling debt or insider trading. It's not a guy who only got reimbursed 50 cents on the dollar for his Mohs' surgery.
First rule of premeditated murder-ALWAYS look to the spouse or significant other.
This was staged to look like a disgruntled insured. But it's not.
I like your logic.
Here is an article from the WSJ on how he escaped.

Go ahead and call me an idiot, I'm fine Rojo.
He made a huge mistake by showing too much of his face...but they still would have eventually caught him.
As I said pages ago, someone already knows him and has called the authorities whether it be neighbors, co-workers, a cousin who hates him, friends, ex or current girlfriend (boyfriends?), he's been outed. Probably less than 30 minutes after that photo was released. If that much of your face was exposed, would someone who knew you not be able to say, "hey, that's so and so".
Don't kid yourself, he murdered someone, he didn't steal a slurpee from 7-11. He's been outed.
In the early stages, the FBI isn't going to release his name if they don't have to. Yes, they may eventually, but that's only if they are desperate to find someone in hiding.
They'd rather have him relaxed and comfortable so they can catch him off guard and arrest him safely without others getting harmed (he has a weapon and has already murdered one person).
BTK, Ted Kaczynski, etc...were both known and their names not released till they were in custody. Ted's cabin in Montana was the icing on the cake, but they already had a plethora of evidence. BTK and the floppy disk sealed his fate, but they didn't release his name when they knew it was him.
Cell phone records will tie him to the murder and his movements. The burner phone will go back to the original sale and onward. In this case it won't matter because of his HUGE blunder by showing way too much of his face. They'd still catch him, but now his identity is known. Rojo doesn't think so, but he knows that someone has called the FBI, probably more than one person.
They will be able to see if anyone else is involved through cell phone records, which they WILL end up getting. The days and weeks prior to this will tell a story.
He got out of town quickly because that photo was released after he was long gone. But now he knows that they know who he is and would not be dumb enough to hang out at his primary residence as he'd be easy picking.
He doesn't want to do life in prison, so as said pages ago, there is a good chance he takes his own life. They don't want that as they want him alive to interrogate him and get information, hence they aren't going to release all of the information they have on him.
But, keep calling me an idiot, I'm okay with it but it's surely one of the reasons I don't post here often.
They haven't found the bike. How woukd they know where he was lodging based on an ebike? How would they know that he took a bus to NYC several weeks ago?
Go watch the Mark Wahlberg movie about the Boston marathon bombing.
In the FBI headquarters they have every video for every camera for miles around synchronized with a time stamp. With those resources, backtracking someone for hours is no big deal. Well, it is a big deal, but with big resources it can be done. And with a white millionaire being killed they will bring big resources. If the guy had been poor and black the case would be cold already.

Are you serious?
They know who he is. That allowed them to track what he's done through the bus system. Unless it's a bus in a city from block to block, you HAVE to provide your ID to get on that bus.
Whether he used a fake one or a real one, they know who he is. If he checked in with a fake ID in NYC, he probably used the same one on the bus he used weeks ago and bingo, they traced his whereabouts.
They 100% know who he is, they just haven't found him yet----aka he's gone into hiding because the picture showed his face and he knows he's cooked. He cannot get on a plane as they'd name him in 2 seconds flat.

The only source that says they have his name comes from disgraced Mayor Eric Adams who played word games with the press and then the rag called the NY Post reported that the cops know his identity but they don't want to reveal it yet. Other news outlets first repeated the Post's article stating they have the identity but they have all backtracked on that now. Of course the cops have some strategy in not revealing the identity if they have it but there are many, many reasons that revealing it would help even moreso, especially since he's no longer in the city. Revealing it would definitely help them in a nationwide search. Either way the shooter is probably behaving on the assumption they have it and has already lined up other fake IDs....He spent over 10 days in NYC not using his real ID, covering his face the whole time (mostly!) and behing elusive with all his movements, and using cash and assumably using burner phones with cash bought sim cards (just like cartels and terrorists do)
His ability to elude the cops or FBI perpetually depends on his access to cash and his ability to change his appearance. He doesn't necessarily need to leave the country either. ...plenty of cash jobs in construction or labor or offshore boat jobs in the Western US that are off the grid.
To those who think he would kill himself before being caught, remember, If he does gets caught, prosecuting may or may not be a slam dunk. Without a weapon or absolute evidence tying him to the scene and to the weapon (which hasnt been located) it is difficult to get a guilty conviction. ...Not to mention overcoming a jury that isn't exactly sympathetic with the victim.
