The civialin to combatant ratio in the latest attack is close to 1:3000 - anything below 1:5 is considered pretty "good" for a modern conflict.
If you would like an example of an indiscriminate and untargeted attack, look at the Hezbollah rocket attack that killed 12 children in Northern israel, or October 7th.
