Oof Myers denied. Probably got a little carried away holding off Kipkirui at 450 to go. Fayisa stayed out of the fray and pipped him. Don’t know much about Pintado but impressive bronze as Kipkirui tied up.

Fayisa timed his move perfectly. Myers got too carried away trying to get rid of the Kenyan who didn’t podium at the end. Hope to see Myers at the World Champ in Tokyo next year.
The Spaniard I’m seeing is a bit of a phenom. A little shy of 18th birthday and 1:47.4/3:40 PBs. Now U20 bronze medalist. Wonder if he’ll consider the NCAA.

14 seconds off his 1500m pb this year! The Spanish conveyer belt continues.
The IAAF needs to begin using the MRI test just as junior soccer has done. These people are smiling cheats able to hide behind screams of “racism” and the cowardice (and gullibility) of more thwn a few Westerners.
