Yes, you're going to see them at the gym. Or on the trails. Guys on PEDs or TRT isn't the norm. Women also are fine with "dad bods" so there's basically no need if attracting females is your goal. If you are relatively tall and have a job, that's really all you need.
I've been approached at gyms - as long as you're not 60+ and can strike up a conversation about working out, it's fine. Sadly I'm in my mid-40s but keep getting creeped on by senior citizens, which is a big no for me.
I’m not saying they don’t exist I’m saying it’s hilariously untrue that there are record numbers of men in their 40s in the best shape of their life.
I agree; that’s what I was saying.
Everyone here has confirmation bias bc the people on this thread are fitness-oriented. The average person is still not in shape and obese, and those numbers are always increasing.
no kids.. if she has kids you will be dealing with her ex dude for the rest of your life. also dealing with whatever BS he brings to the situation... stay away from that drama

This equation has actually played out. I'm a 41 yod divorcee and started actively pursuing dates recently after taking two years out of the game. The first connection I made was with a 26 yod. I didnt ask her age initially, but I discontinued the relationship when serious signs of immaturity popped up.
Here are a few signs of immaturity that I can't stomach: (1) not finished with university (2) uses credit cards and has unsecured debt (3) stays up past 11pm drinking alcohol and/or hanging out with friends (4) believes their religion is the only true religion (5) quit a job without notice within the last 3-5 years (6) yo yos between binge exercise/diet and sloth behavior.
