I can put up with Kara but Diffey's voice, intensity and stupid remarks grate really badly. I mute the feed when I can't take the idiocy any longer. Lewis Johnson also gets muted.
Yeah this annoying Australian "whine" - and I mean look at the guy, is it shocking the sh-te that comes out his mouth?
It seems the new idea is if you are involved in an initial fall it is your fault unless it’s a foul on someone else. But if you are collateral damage of someone else’s fall you get in. Huge break for Stewy that race could notve been a worse setup for him to advance as it devolved into a 100m sprint.
Anyone not liking Jakobs confidence should have seen Henrik taking over the microphone and doing the interview with Magnus Tuv Myhre on norwegian tv now, lol. In his own interview he joked about his comeback was delayed untill next year, this was just a trial run. All over happy as this was his level now. Wonder what is next for him and Filip.

Why does the broadcast try to cater to everyday Americans, there is no way non-track geeks are watching. In all seriousness, have some track fan friends who don’t even know the world championship is happening.
saw that - how does he get through and not Parsons?
What happened exactly? I know Parsons went down first directly in front of McSweyn, but why did Parsons fall?
Looked to me (BBC showed a replay, not sure if your coverage did) that Sam tripped on his own feet. Stewart couldn't avoid him and took a heavy fall over him. Absolutely the right decision to advance McSweyn.
I think he’s the biggest threat to Ingebrigtsen in the final.
Don’t sleep on Hagos pulling off the Edris and ripping by both in the last 100
He’s my pick for top Ethiopian and I do think he could win the whole thing. It won’t be the full Edris experience since he’s run close to a minute faster than Edris did in 2019 before Worlds lol

I mean this seems like it's the directive and it's so idiotic it defies belief. So you can get tripped by someone (for example someone that is behind you and that wants to move across a lane etc) and "that's just racing" but if you aren't involved and fall you are deemed to have been impeded enough you get through? So what about if you have to veer out to lane 4 and totally disrupt your rhythm etc but don't fall - that's not enough?

Yeah Oscar Chelimo is this years Edris. He’s looked horrendous all year. Suddenly in that heat he looked studly.

"delaying the start" is the new, old false start rule that makes sprints a torture to watch. Instead of getting away with a deliberate false start, now you just deliberately delay it a bit earlier.
