Isn't it time for this young lady to move on to a normal career? She just isn't pro runner material in terms of making a living. Very few are. Its a struggle for all but the very best and she is not a international elite.

I wouldn't hire SB. He is lazy AF. He would qualify for a job at letsrun just based on his napping and TV couch skills, but he is too good at to spelling.
If she is under immense stress but can't tell anyone why I really feel for her. It's an awful situation to be in. The worst is when you are unable to discuss why, it starts to come out in other ways.

I never said ONLY eat meat (although that would provide the quickest results). As far as what she eats, I have to go by her many "what I eat in a day" videos. Which are paralleled by Spencer's similarly atrocious diet and supplement shilling content. All processed crap, all the time. Both avoiding real meat and whole animal foods like they don't even exist. The diet of Tinkerbelle and Peter Pan.
BTW Maasai warriors eat ONLY meat, blood, milk and honey for months at a time, with tall and impressive physiques in harsh arid steppe environments where they traditionally hunt lions on foot ...with spears. Good luck with that on soy and kale smoothies.
Allie seems to have really struggled since college and then turning pro with managing her self and honestly the responsibilities of the job. I say that with no shade.
I'm not sure why she's in France right now except..utmb is coming up. Is she entered in one of the races? She seems entirely unprepared, both physically and mentally.
She has a lot of talent and you always want a fellow human to be ok and well. She doesn't seem ready for professional trail running right now. Maybe I'm wrong but, she just seems scattered. If I was nnormal, I'd be concerned about how she reps the brand.
