Something just reminded me but a few weeks ago I had a dish that contained about four to five"bird's eye chillies" contained in, of course, a sauce. It was this:
Piri piri ( PIRR-ee-PIRR-ee), often hyphenated or as one word, and with variant spellings peri-peri () or pili pili, also known as African bird's eye chili, is a cultivar of Capsicum frutescens from the malagueta pepper. It w...
I thought it would be OK as I don't normally mind "hot" sauces but this one blew the roof off my mouth and my eyelids started sweating. I was crying tears of pain and kind of fearful to use the toilet the next day but everything was OK in that respect.
There must be a lot of heat variation with bird's eye chillies as usually the sauces don't do this.

My kids and I recently completed the Hot Ones Season 22 lineup of 10 sauces. It wasn’t as bad as I expected, at least not going in, until it came back out ~8 hours later. Ouch!
The hottest was predictably the last one — The Last Dab (2.6M scoville units) — made from Pepper X, the hottest pepper in the world. There were a few other surprises in there as well. My favorite was Djablo Power Jab, both tasty and spicy hot!
Yes sir... I've had many an adventure whilst running post-sauce... One afternoon I had to veer off into the woods and empty into a creek. I found out later on the morning news it happened to be someone's back yard and coy fish pond, and they had game & wildlife cameras filming me from every angle. My girlfriend at the time left me.
I wonder if anyone else has had a similar experience?
In my humble opinion this is the best hot sauce. It's so hot that I have to pour it in a tea spoon just to make certain I only get one drop. Otherwise my mouth is on fire for at least a 1/2 hour. Makes you sweat profusely from the forehead also.
A$ blaster, eh? Looks awesome. My type of sauce!! Have you ever had a little too much right before a run and need to take a forest break, if you know what I mean? Leave a little gift to the leafy tree gods? If something proclaims to blast my a$, I want to make sure I am getting my money's worth with some true blasting, bottoms down on a public road. Cheers, mate.
