No Brynn Brown for UNC, but a Sydney Masciarelli sighting perhaps?
snaps from preview day!!!
No Brynn Brown is surprising, she was a potential top 5 ACC candidate after winning coaching tree invite, top 8 at paul short, and top 20 at nuttycombe. Hopefully not a serious injury.

I saw the same thing MASCIARELLI Is running! (I had actually completely forgotten about her. This could be good!).

Oh, I imagine they’re just resting her.
Interesting listen on what Zatlin’s thoughts are re: ACC Champs
Excited! (Unfortunately, I’ll be in a meeting during the race, UGH!)
I was not aware that Shalane Flanagan was a 4-time ACC Champion.
Like last year, Markezich is trending nicely.
2021
Joe Piane 17:18 (74th)
Nuttycombe 20:57 (55th)
ACCs 20:40 (12th)
Nats 19:38 (11th)
2022
Joe Piane 16:17 (8th)
Nuttycombe 20:11 (17th)
ACCs 19:29 (3rd)
Nats top 10?
Way to go Bush AND RAUBER!
Overall, 4 women under the old course record (Tuohy and Chmiel just shattered it!), is incredible!
Interview w/ Tuohy courtesy of semihaze’s YouTube channel.
Total Running Productions re-cap of the ACC Champs highlighting Tuohy.
An off the wall question popped into my head while watching? The current course setup doesnt look like it could handle 250 runners at start. 150 seemed to basically fill the start line today. How will they manage that next year? I did not see a wider area right there.
You all going to just act like UVA women didn’t get 3rd? Amazing place.

Haha, I haven’t had a chance to peruse all the info yet. Trying to wrap my mind around Valby running 18:25 today (and Chelangat 18:33, etc).

I’ll have to check that out when I’m able to hopefully see race footage. That will be interesting for next year’s NCAA.
WAHOO!

Impressive, and only a 36 second spread!
