99% of people haven't been wearing masks for over a year, were I live (except schools & medical). We've been dining indoors and running outdoor races since July 2020.
And by the way, natural immunity is real. 99% have antibodies for 2 years.

https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jama/fullarticle/2788894Disclosure: I'm vaxxed x 3 and have had COVID (Delta variant).
Nice link, but the median time after COVID was 8 months (0-20 months).
Conclusion:
In this cross-sectional study of unvaccinated US adults, antibodies were detected in 99% of individuals who reported a positive COVID-19 test result, in 55% who believed they had COVID-19 but were never tested, and in 11% who believed they had never had COVID-19 infection.
Also this part: "Study limitations include lack of direct neutralization assays, the fact that antibody levels alone do not directly equate to immunity". There was another study done which came out last summer about reinfection (which would have been people who got alpha then became reinfected) that showed chances of reinfection one year later was ~50% (e.g. they measured drop in immunity over time). Obviously the science here is complicated because one year later they would be getting delta. Even this study implies the same thing: "Although evidence of natural immunity in unvaccinated healthy US adults up to 20 months after confirmed COVID-19 infection is encouraging, it is unclear how these antibody levels correlate with protection against future SARS-CoV-2 infections, particularly with emerging variants"
