They are white.
But don't consider themselves white.
Still no clue?

Only blacks are superior to any other race at anything.
In other words, you think black people are better at sports and inferior at "intellectual" tasks. If you're such an adult, why don't you say what you really mean instead of being coy? Just say that you think black people are, by and large, less equipped for the highly intellectual position of coaching a sportsball team than white people. I think we all know that the reason you aren't explicit is because it sounds bad and racist. And it is.
Each individual should be evaluated based on their own merits regardless of race. On a macro scale, however, there is a difference between thinking something and what the statistics say. The athletic attributes speak for themselves. Just look at the 60-meter dash rankings in the NCAA (there's typically one token white guy). On the academic side, black football players have significantly lower college graduation rates, lower GPAs, lower test scores, etc. than white football players. Flores himself is an example of the importance of education in becoming an NFL head coach (he went to an elite prep school, earned an English degree and a master's degree in administration from Boston College). Before this lawsuit came out, I would have expected him to get another coaching job in the near future.
Playing in the NFL is not a pre-requisite for coaching in the NFL. Less than 20% of NFL coaches played in the league. Even Flores himself never played in the league, so referencing participation rates in the NFL in his case is a false argument. Belichick (who many hold up as the greatest coach of all time) played D3 offensive line, lacrosse and squash. Harbaugh (who I believe is one of the greatest coaches in the NFL) played sparingly as a defensive back at Miami of Ohio (but did win the scholar athlete award). Ron Rivera (who I believe is a top coach) actually played in the league, but also grew up with military discipline and went to Cal Berkeley (a tough academic school). Mike Tomlin never played in the NFL but went from playing football at William and Mary into coaching.
Unfortunately, many young athletes believe they will become professionals in their respective sports and don't seriously pursue their academics (about 2/3 of college football players believe they will go pro, while less than 2% actually do). Many are admitted to schools they have no academic basis to attend and end up in pointless majors where they are assisted in obtaining passable grades. Most never learn how to run a business (an essential skill if you want to coach), use computers, perform mathematical analysis, etc. Coaching, play calling, coordinating in the modern era is increasingly focused on analytics.
32 teams.
One black head coach.
2022.
Not 1952.
Odd how blacks are apparently good enuff to coach NBA teams -- but not NFL.

There is a difference between pointing out that a high draft pick will help and wink wink don't try to hard, and paying to lose. The latter compromises the integrity of the game. The NFL needs to force a sale of the Dolphins and and take away some draft picks to save face. Similarly, the Giants need to lose their own first round pick this year (they can keep the one from the Bears).
Maybe you only have to pay when your coach is too stupid or stubborn to accept reality...

There's only like 4 in the NBA....

Hoping this actually leads to some real change in the NFL. Open your eyes if you're looking at this any differently. The NFL operates like the rest of America. A small number of white owners profit off of the labor of mostly non-white players. There should be more black coaches & black folks in positions of power in the NFL. The Rooney Rule is almost offensive at this point. Flores sounds incredibly credible. Let's see what happens over the next few years with hiring.
Well buy your own team and hire a black HC.
Otherwise, STFU.
The Broncos are for sale.
Don't have the $$$??....Then you have no say in the matter other than spending or not spending in support of your team(s)
Rooney's Steelers have a great HC, btw.
Tony Dungy was a great HC.

Can't be done.

Actually here are 12.
I would think an adult would be a little better t basic math
Black head coaches in the NBA have been scarce throughout its history with only this past decade having led to a significant uptick in hires. The start of the 2012-13 NBA season saw its largest percentage of black head coaches in the NBA at a whopping 48% before being reduced to a lowly 23% in the 2020-21 NBA season.
This past 2021 offseason saw quite an encouraging rise in the number of Black head coaches in the NBA, with a staggering six receiving head coaching jobs.
As of October 16th, 2021, there are 12 Black head coaches in the NBA.

You're confusing feelings and truth. Facts that hurt your feelings are still true.
In majority of cases, most people want the most qualified people. Exceptions are the Joe Judge hire from a couple of years ago.
Imagine if Belichick decided tomorrow he was leaving New England. Can you imagine the frenzy. He would be number one on everyone's list to hire. Why? Because he is the most qualified. If people followed the Rooney Rule in interviewing with Belichick on the market, everyone knows it would be ridiculous because everyone knows who is the best option and most qualified: Belichick
Exactly the same situation if Mike Tomlin left the Steelers tomorrow. Race gets thrown out the door on those scenarios but somehow in sure everyone would find it acceptable

If the NFL is systemically racist against black coaches, how did 38 year old Brian Flores, who had never been a coordinator in the NFL or any other league, get one of 32 head jobs after being the linebackers coach for the Patriots for a few years?
Well….
1) You clearly don’t understand what “systematic” means if you think one hire precludes anything.
2) It’s been said the owner was trying to pay Flores to lose…
- Team sucks majorly
- Hire black coach
- Pay him to lose
- Fire him for losing
Very bad look.
Hue Jackson has admitted to taking money to tank when he coached for Cleveland so they could draft Myles Garrett and Baker Mayfield. Did Jim Caldwell get paid to suck for Luck? Did Doug Marrone get paid to tank for Trevor? Was Art Shell paid so the Raiders could draft Jamarcus Russell? Was Zac Taylor paid to get Joe Burrow? Or did it all happen organically? Does the race of the coach have any bearing in tanking, or are white coaches encouraged to tank as well?

It is SOOO dishonest to pretend being terrible for draft position never happened until a black guy got a head coaching job...
The Dolphins regressed from 2020 to 2021. They got WORSE on both sides of the ball. Despite having a much easier schedule in 2021 than in 2020.
The Dolphins STILL don't have a quarterback. Do you honestly think the black GM fired Flores so he could run out and hire a new black coach to suck with so he could draft higher and then fire that guy too?
If Flores was white and the exact same scenario played out no one would even bat an eye.
The other elephant in the room is that Flores is pushing a revisionist version of the 2020 season. It was Flores who shockingly benched FitzMagic for Tua mid-season even though Tua was terrible (and continued to be terrible). If Flores was focused on winning, then why didn't he stick with FitzMagic when he was clearly the better QB? Either he was tanking or didn't know what he was doing. Had he stuck with FitzMagic, he probably would have made the playoffs and still have his job.
Hue Jackson says the Browns paid him to tank. Well he should be barred from the nfl then because he was complicit in undermining the integrity of the game and players. Ironically some people play the victim card when in fact they're culpable themselves. Many people have an aversion to accountability which is perpetuated in liberal culture, unfortunately.

No one is pretending tanking hasn’t happened before. The news is that a bribe was offered for losing. Has any GM offered 100k per loss to another coach prior to this report?
i just wanted to point out that coaching an nba team is not even close to the same thing as coaching an NFL team.
