Gidey sucks at tactics. Literally moved out to lane 2 and let Obiri pass! WTF
that was kinda anitclimactic. Maybe we're getting a little spoiled if women running ~14:20 is a letdown though
That was awesome to watch.

Tactics weren’t going to matter - Obiri could’ve gone out into lane 8 and still won. Granted, Gidey didn’t know that when she was drifting into lane 2. She could certainly work on her track tactics - I imagine her real future is on the roads though.
mental fatigue from leading the whole race.

Agree 100%. I’m not saying Shelby would’ve won, but I do think she is right in that conversation.

She has barely been running at all, especially when stuck in ethiopia early in the lockdown.
Are athletes now allowed to wear sponsorship advertising?
400H,
Warholm, 47.10 (WL)
Copello, 49.04 (SB)
Magi, 49.23
She's got that kick, but I don't think she could've beat down Obiri at that pace. Even if Obiri led the whole way and Houlihan tried to slip by her.

How can I watch the remainder of the meet today in the US? I have a flotrack premium account but I am not finding the link to the live stream anywhere. Please help!
Holy cow Warholm! 47.10 without competition!
