That's an awful lot of people - at least 74 million American adults - who are stupid and/or racist. It would include many members of Congress, CEOs of large companies across the country, religious leaders, millwrights, slop boys, engineers, B-52 pilots, and over a million black men - basically the whole gamut of American life. The implications of your theory, if true, would be staggering. That leads me to believe you are still exaggerating. Did you take a mental inventory of the Trump supporters you know and assess their IQs and respective racist views? You need to get that task done. Get it done before promoting the theory further. Otherwise, it's a cart-horse type sitch. You know what I mean, Polejuice.

It's remarkable how oblivious to reality Giuiani and Trump are. Once the Capitol was broken into, it should have been very clear to them that not only was their fight against the election results over, Trump was in deeper sh*t than any other president in history.

I don't think he has the mental capacity to understand it. He hasn't been able to formulate an argument thus far. All he can say is "I'm right," but not put forth anything to back up his assertions.

The GOP must do this to save itself. This is really a choice for the party - cede ground now, reform, and then re-brand or become a minor party forever? The Trump base is pissed right now but, unless a Trump Party is formed, they have nowhere else to go. It's a gamble but, neutralizing Trump is a better long term play. Chances are that he will be in prison, mentally unfit, or dead before too long and his kids don't have the charisma to successfully win national office.

The ones intending to take congressional prisoners planned what they would do for weeks. They needed to cover of 30,000 dupes and a few thousand lemmings (those who went inside the building) to provide cover and distraction. The police officer who shot the woman had no choice but to do that to stop those behind her from pushing in. I mean, the latest videos of the shooting show that she entered the window with a gun pointed at her and she kept coming in.

I don't agree with the "only two choices" argument (although those are certainly two VERY prominent contributors). But to you Trump voters and/or those of you who want to imply that folks like me "aren't trying hard enough" to understand Trump voters: PLEASE DO EXPLAIN. Because the rest of DON'T fully understand. We can't imagine how so many people who appear to otherwise be decent human beings can watch a guy who stresses the supply of highly negative adjectives in the English language on a daily basis and still vote for him over a moderate Democrat who appears to be a reasonably decent human being. I simply don't understand it. But it certainly disgusts me.

America simply CANNOT be a great country if 47% of its voting population voted for 4 more years of that.

No, I didn't say that. Although it is significantly less likely that successful people in America in 2020 are either stupid or racist, than say 50 years ago. It would be a very rare thing. It's extremely difficult for a stupid or racist person to gain any measure of success in the US.

Anyway, that wasn't my point. The point was that the large number of Trump supporters - at least 74 million adult voters - all being stupid and racist would have mind-blowing implications. Just the sheer number of stupes/racists alone would make it so there is no way forward in any direction for any initiative, ever. It would be too much for any type of progress to absorb. In fact, that we have made huge progress against racism and achieved incredible economic success and prosperity as a nation in the past, pretty much refutes Polesmack's theory to begin with, unless there is some kind of phenomena - almost a "something in the water" type phenomena - that occurred in the last 4 years rendering tens of millions of people stupid and racist where they were not previously.

This has significance to me. I would prefer not to go into detail, but i had the opportunity to be part of the preparation for a planned visit by one of the president's administration at the time at my work. I was integrally involved. And i befriended the secret service people i worked with. They were really decent joes, and the whole we were worked together (almost a week), i had in the back of my mind that these guys, as natural as they acted, had to be prepared to do exactly the kind of things that are shown in this video.

The main coordinator and I really hit it off.

I cannot excuse anyone who may have incited these awful events. I think that needs to be considered as we choose the necessary repercussions to those that did.
