Nope. The US pretends to pressure the country to extradite but nothing actually happens. Otherwise, things get very messy.
Biden doesn't want to spend his presidency cleaning up that mess. His whole time in office would be all about prosecuting Trump instead of fixing all the problems Trump has left us. So he won't be too anxious to actually get Trump back.
Exile is the best option for everyone. Let him rot in whatever s-hole country will take him.
