and we've made a precedent of drones killing foes...I have no doubt drones of some sort will start appearing in the West and will start bombing sensitive spots. Both military and soft targets. Drones are already being used successfully by ISIS in Iraq and Syria.

Indeed it would. But I suspect that ours are better than anything that they are likely getting off Amazon so I'm not too worried. And as far as it happening here, a couple soldiers with a shotgun is all thats needed. But you can thank Obama for that one, irrespective of how you feel about it.
