There have been some horrific acts of violence by people who have entered the US illegally--the Larken Riley case is one example. Given that, why does ICE / CBP deploy to the States (in Riley case Georgia and in another highly publicized similar case I believe it was Iowa) and go after these violent criminals? Instead, they are in Minnesota detaining a father and his 5 year old son who entered the country through a legal pathway, followed the rules, appeared in court, and committed no horrific acts of violence...I use this anecdote since apparently that is the highest level of evidence based on your post. I wonder why they chose Minnesota? I wonder what the difference between Minnesota and Georgia might be? I just can't figure it out. What do you think watcher?

Happens in every other place that actually complies with ICE detainers. The solution to this issue is simple: make sanctuary jurisdictions liable for every crime that is committed by those whom they release without honoring federal detainer requests. That would improve compliance. The only reason ICE is out in the community of Hennepin County is because they would rather see ICE out in the community performing enforcement actions than hand alien criminals over to ICE at the jail.

1) even the NYT admits some of the agents didnt know he was disarmed. they are even shown looking for the weapon. the first shooter might not have seen the gun removed and he might have even seen an empty holster wihch would lead him to beleive he had the gun in his hand. even the NYT admits that the fhirst shooter probably couldmnt see APs right hand when he fird.

2) AP escalted it by assaulting the leo, obstructing the leo and resisting arrest. these are all illegal activities.

3) I think that the entire time from first shot till last was ten seconds. that may seem like a long time, but there are plenty of poice shooting videos with longer periods and more bullets.

Really? I am in Georgia and have never seen them in Atlanta (which I visit not too infrequently) or in more rural areas where I live. Riley wasn't mudered in Atlanta (and the poor girl in Iowa wasn't murdered in Des Moines) so maybe ICE / CBP should focus their efforts in the areas where the folks they are looking for commit their horrific crimes? Seems odd they wouldn't do that, no?
