Biden’s looking more toward ?? China. He’s got the inside track after his deals with Hunter.
Is trump letting him use his secret bank account for the wires?

.....further to this, in 2016 the Republicans did their utmost best to stop Trump being the nominee , but when they realised the 'deplorables' were drinking the demagogue's cordial, and he was the only choice left, they all put their morals and principles in the bottom drawer, rather than concede with another candidate, which in the long game would have given them a renewal of the party and values.
Those who hated him, went with him instead of losing their own seats. Privately those that hated him, probably still do, but lie to you in order to maintain their own status.
Sucked in...
Short term gain mindset, that type of thinking is strong with Rs. Look at their take on the environment, just keep destroying it for a few extra bucks for now and then when our future generation can no longer deal with it just blame them for being soft and liberal-minded.

I couldn't agree more. It is bizarre. Biden would be more of the same.
But the fear is palpable in folks like Igy. And, as I think you said some pages back, resentment is a powerful drug.
I know that FP likes to repeat his "racist or just stupid" mantra. But from what I've seen, fear and resentment are at the heart of the whole thing for many, including Igy. It is so sad.
That is not true. I despise politicians generally. I expect the experiment with a Washington D.C. outsider has ended. I believe the Republicans will likely hold the Senate. So there sill be no Green Deal, and wild spending will be reigned in. The new President and House sill increase corporate and individual taxes, which would be a good thing. The Biden-Harris Administration will struggle with a country that is faced with twin challenges of slowing growth with rising expenditures. Covid 19 will linger putting an increasing strain on the social fabric of the nation, causing the country to experience an economic depression. The stock market will lose at least 65% over the next year. Politicians and the Fed will be blamed for the social and economic turmoil. A new generation of politicians will be born from the challenges of a country that kicked the can down the road for too many decades.
? hmm I wonder who planted the seeds of the bad things you speak of? Who accelerated all these problems in the last 4 years? Sounds like you should really despise trump for all that unnecessary extra debt... and you should be really angry at the GOP for having gone along. What happened to the fiscal conservatism?? You’re right, it will be magically back when they lose the senate.

Romney puss’d out in the debate on Benghazi with the Candy Crowley admonishment. Trump would have never let that stand. Romney did not take advantage of the voter displeasure with Pelosi-Obama ramming thru the Affordable Care Act, which was really a windfall for the Healthcare Industry.
Benghazi was a total dud and Romney was very much behind Obamacare.. he even tried to implement it in his state before Obama nationalized it. You forgot about his leaked comment huh. With the right, Romney’s problem was that the party no longer wanted pragmatism and values, they wanted blood. Look at how quickly the birther movement spread and trump was able to poison your heads.

Criminals.
Although he didn’t mention the pandemic response team explicitly, Michael Lewis is looking more and more like a genius for having exposed the trump incompetence and recklessness during transition in his book The Fifth Risk.

What a baby. It's just before the election, and he's had a really bad year by any measure. What kind of questions did he think he was going to get? "How do you unwind after a rally?", "Who's a better golfer, Kid Rock or Scott Baio?", "Mark Meadows is your latest chief of staff, do you think he's THE ONE? Do you guys really click?".
He had A LOT of trouble getting out of that chair.
Even Putin is hanging trump out to dry on this one... he's going to make trump beg for a safe house there.
Another gem coming...
Trumpism is malignant idiocracy.
Trade war, lost.

Economist bumped up its model to 94% likely for Joe.
The Trump Flags on jacked pickup trucks will scare the liberals off. That and the Blue police support American flags will strike fear in the liberal commies from the left coast. Millennial punks with multiple piercings are afraid to even to go into a Starbucks to order their Vente fav. ?
Trumpism had no discernible effect on the number of jobs.

Trump is the softest president in our countries history. If he can't bully himself to get his way, he runs...........and complains to his ignorant base.
Would any of his lapdogs like to defend him saying that "we are turning the corner" comment. Whether you think COVID is a serious issue or not. Can we all agree that it isn't going away?
BTW, anybody willing to throw their money at this election? Biden to win........$1000? Anybody.....?
