New polls released today have given Harris the lead in the RCP Top Battleground average and flipped PA to Harris. Today is the first time I've seen the RCP no toss up map showing Harris with 270 electoral votes. Since Harris became the nominee, Trump has gone from over 300 to 287 and now down to 268.
