I wrote in a name that was relevant to the topic. Rio Grande did bad at nationals. They were hyped up and didn’t produce. I’m just trying to understand what the other guy is talking about
You may be daft. I am saying out of the teams the NAIA account (aka Rios runner) ranked, he put Rio ahead of teams that over performed at nationals. Rio went from a projected top 10 finish to 27th and you’re not getting the point here??
Thanks for taking up space arguing about something literally no one cares about. Is it Ree-O or Rye-O? That's how relevant this topic is.
Breaking: Former Grace College coach, Jacob Poyner, to go to College of the Ozarks. As quoted, he is "ready to give DaTanner DaSeason of his life, if he is willing to put in DaWork". This change comes as an apparent surprise after Poyner went from NAIA, to D1, back to NAIA. Poyner never raced at the NAIA level so he will be looking into his eligibility in order to give College of the Ozarks a solid chance to winning both NCCAA's and NAIA's. Yes, Poyner is 34 but with Evert gone, there is room for a new unc in town and he is willing to fulfill this role.

Is he still sporting his stylish facial hair? Does he still wear 3-4 outfits to each competition? With D1 money he can probably change into 2 more fits
Shawnee State is looking LOADED on the distance side this year. With all three of the Lanoy brothers back in action, they are sure to shake things up at the national level!
I agree that a 14th-place cross-country finish should shake up track distance events at the Nationals. Let's not forget the team's stellar Women's season as well. Watch out NAIA 🙄

This is very clearly one of the Lanoy brothers. They have been the ones hyping up Shawnee state all season. Yes they had a good day at conference with their upset win, but 13th place as a team at nationals doesn’t exactly say “loaded on the distance side.”
How about Instead of spending so much time hyping yourselves up on letsrun, you guys actually focus on training and developing your team. Once you get your priorities straight maybe then you can have a chance to “shake things up at the national level.” Grow up.

Whoops. But anyways. Hey Matt. Seems like you’re not taking that whooping at conference well at all. Lanoys don’t get on letsrun but good try.
Yeah… Daddy Paxton is so much more mature. Yelling at kids for coming to “his course” to watch a high school meet. Both of them coach circles around you all. And only 1 is a national champion. Go bears!
I think Cameron Nocton from IU East is the sleeper to win for the 3k race-walk. He showed huge improvements this cross country season and has more footspeed than anyone else in the race-walk field. If it comes down to a kick, expect Nocton to come out on top.
