I would bet the house that either these people don't even exist or at the very least, are not aware that they are being listed as an official finisher in PMs races.

Who wants to run a 3:28 marathon by going out 1.xx something miles and turning around and doing that like 8 times???? You got to be kidding me. That is not what marathoners are looking to accomplish when they run a race. That sounds like complete and utter hell to me. Nobody I know would ever do that. Especially a runner that is going sub 3:30!!!

There is something very odd going on with these races. I'm just saying....

but his hard work is paying off:

in 2009 he ran 6:43:00 at San Diego Rock n Roll Marathon at age 51?

in 2013 he runs 4:32:00 at Iran Marathon at age 59?

4 years with PM must equate to 8 years of real time???

so you age but the upside is you improve your marathon time from 6:43:00 to 4:32:00

this is an excellent improvement for anyone

Of course if you are quickly adding participants to your race results on the fly what the hell do you all the details matter? 51? 59? Or what the heck nobody will ever bother checking right?

Hi everyone. 1st time on this site. Darren had directed me to this forum. Btw, I was bib#42 at BW. First off, I have nothing to gain but only acting on a question from a very respectable ultra runner's question, "What would you do if you knew someone cheated in a race?"

Here's what I saw. PM caught up to me at the summit of Cerro Gordo then again at the base, Keeler. From Keeler, she went ahead of me and I didn't see her until I was about a mile away to the turnaround (Darwin) and she was on her way back to lone pine. It was about a few miles passed the 100mi marker that I saw her and the pacer making their way to their crew vehicle and stopping. Also, please keep in mind it's a descent from the darwin so I started running with some short walks in between. Eventually, we passed her and her team. We then stopped a mile ahead for a few mins. At that point, we never saw her or her crew pass us. As i continued on, I saw her crew vehicle zoom right by us. I looked back and no signs of PM. After that, the team and I never saw her again.

I'm not sure about that. But after reading this mess it reads like primarily three or four people are posting over and over. They are answering their own posts and using the thread to talk to each other. This is very disturbing.

I suggest that the subjects of this thread, if they are reading it, to contact local and federal authorities and report these people. There are enough implied threats to have them locked up.

I honestly believe that the longer this goes on the deeper the hole that's being dug and the harder it's going to be for PM/SH to get out with a smidgeon of dignity.

If Fox were prepared to give her coverage for her 'achievements' then they and other national and international media are going to give her even more coverage to tear her to pieces. She wouldn't be the first one it's happened to, especially on a slow news day.

Will I be seeing/hearing about it on this side of the world on other than LR?, could be.
