What do you all think of Evert’s recent activity on Instagram? Let him strut his stuff and all (he is a champ), but his replies to any and all who chirp at him is pretty damning given the hypocrisy in it. He’s making himself look as small as he is in the latest Flotrack post
I agree he shouldn’t because you’re not going to win on social media, but the dude gets hammered and should be allowed to move forward and given chances in life. Jesus forgives, and so should we. His situation is none of our business. Sometimes taking the high road is hard.

He definitely hasn’t been winning on social media he gets flamed every time and his only response is “People know my name and not yours”
Shawnee State men had a historic season, with a top 15 team finish and a huge upset to win yet another conference title. But I think it’s important we look at who and what got them there, and a lot of that success is without a doubt the result of the hard work that came from Coach Dean Freitag. Coach Dean has redefined the role of assistant coach, always offering support in the teams most challenging workouts and giving them the guidance they needed during races to push the athletes to the next level. Coach Dean is known to always be there to celebrate his athletes victories and be there for them in their defeats. Because of the coaching efforts by Coach Dean, it is safe to say Shawnee State is on a trajectory to continue moving up in the rankings and team finishes. You will want to watch out for Shawnee State come track season, because the athletes there are running with a fire lit up beneath them by one of the best assistant coaches in the NAIA: Coach Dean Freitag.
I’m not sure how the Bears move forward after losing their world class race walker Matthew Rausch. He’s a supreme talent out there with barely breaking 20:00 for 3000. Dean will build one up though like his mentor Matt Boyles, the legendary Walker.
Since we don't wanna talk about XC anymore... It's racewalk season! Who do we think is winning nationals on the men's and women's side because all of you care so much! The champion Dillion Melchiore has been running prs in cross (26:30). Its hard to not mention Cole Bennet has been doing 70 miles weeks of pure racewalk.
I'm sorry but there is no way Cole Bennett is doing 70 miles a week. Have you seen him? Plus I don't think its hard to not mention him as a contender for a title after his laughable performance at outdoors.

OK Cole had to have done your mom or something for you to respond like this. I don't blame her tho women love bad boys so how could she resist the bad boy of racewalk.
They made national predictions days before the race when the field was already announced and had Concordia (who didn’t qualify) finishing in the top 25.
Also had Bellevue in the top 25, called Columbia Missouri the Koalas (not the right Columbia) and had St. Francis finishing 28th.
