This is likely the real Farah you are seeing. He thinks a lie is better than the truth. Guilty, or not, Farah is mister perfect by a long shot.

Perhaps this question has been addressed on here already, but I did not see it in a quick skim of the pages of this thread:
The terms of Driouch's suspension include the statement that he is not to participate in training camps etc. So, would clear confirmation that he violated the terms of his suspension (as the information of this thread seems clearly to show) mean that his suspension would be extended beyond its currently stated 2-year time period?
I realize that most of the interest in this thread now concerns Mo Farah, but I wonder if anyone knows of other cases as what we now apparently are seeing with Driouch, and if in any of those cases, the suspension period was extended.
It may have to do with what is defined as a training camp. Can Driouch be banned from running with anyone, or just certain elite runners?
Can someone explain to me how I can spot a doper? I'm new to LR. For example, what are the tell tale signs that Mo Farah is doping, but Ben Blankenship is not?

I think that one way to qualify training in ethiopia as a "training camp" is the fact that several of the athletes he was training with are in either usada's ooc pool (abdi) or wada/iaaf's (mo, likely several of the ethiopians), which would mean those athletes are subject to wada code, and therefor NOT to train with somebody under suspension. since it was unknown to them (ostensibly, as drouich undoubtedly would NOT have told them), they are not on the hook, but he SHOULD be. however, the effect will be negligible, if it's even enforced, as all it would mean would moving the start date up to feb 20, or whenever he was last photographed training in ethiopia with other international elites (a diff of what, 2 months?). Still, would be nice if IAAF/WADA would be stringent on this and really stick to the letter of the law on this (as they failed to do with rachel marchand, IIRC).

Ben does not fly off to backwater countries with lax drug testing. Ben does not train with a convicted doper. Ben does not post pictures on social media of him hanging out with and training with a convicted doper. Any other questions? Enjoy your stay.
This is the second time Abdi has trained with a convicted EPO doper. Remember he was training with Fagan when he was caught?

A clean athlete would be offended by the presence of a doper. The dopers are frauds, liars, and thieves. They take medals, money, and opportunities away from clean athletes. So, no, a clean athlete does not buddy up with a doper. There is a fundamental difference separating them.
Secondarily, a professional athlete understands that being associated in any way with a doper will make him or her subject to suspicion.
So, what's the answer? The answer is that there is a doping culture that accepts itself as the norm and within that culture one can just be oneself, without the need to incessantly lie and or pretend you're something that you are not. You can dope together, train together, and hang together. You are accepted in that group.
